Best customer service I've ever had at a 7-11. They said they had a bad reputation in the past and they're working hard to change that, and it shows.

Syed was friendly, professional, and informative. I was very pleased with the service I received and his patience in dealing with my lack of current knowledge of the multitude of new systems. I was able to confidently upgrade to a camera which enabled me to use my older film lenses and return to a hobby I loved!

Friendly staff doing thier best in a difficult area

Place was dirty and they didn't have any cups stocked so I couldn't purchase a coffee or fountain drink. They were fully stocked on doughnuts and rollers though, and they were great. Cashier was friendly too.

Its a 7-Eleven that rides the mediocrity line. There are nice, there are worse. I like 2 of the younger guys that work there as they seem fast and efficient with the customers. Sometimes the wait is longer than I care for (I stop in on my way to work) and they will only have one cashier up front (irritating). Could be that since I got use to a corporate store in Dallas (where headquarters is located) I was expecting something more like the old location I frequented.

Definitely not like most of the better 7-Eleven's I've been to. Plus there's way too many people loitering around this location demanding if you can "give them a piece of your breakfast sandwich," "Can I get some money?!" and "Can you buy me something to eat???"
