The reps at this store are the best! After being lied to and sent away from another location (Jackson Rd-Pharr) I found this location. I'm on a business trip far from home and my phone stopped working. I need my phone for work and navigation in a area I don't know at all. The ladies - all of them were helpful and solved my issue in about 30 minutes. I felt bad because the main rep helping Joanna stayed late to complete my new phone setup. I truly appreciate her efforts and the other reps just for being kind. Great job ladies! Kudos to the manager Crystal. Her positive leadership shows. #Girlpower

As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a kind gentleman asked me what brought me into the store. The wait time was about 5 mins. Israel was the man who helped me, delightful man, very accommodating, and professional. I had never been to this store location but I will definitely be coming to this location if I ever need to come in.

I went in for an upgrade and the people here were quick and helpful. They made sure I had everything transfered to my new device before I left & made sure I had all my questions answered about my bill.

Went to upgrade my iphone and was in and out of there in like 15 minutes. Super easy process, have been with TMobile for years and have never had any issues with them.

Store manager Rolando went above and beyond for us today after having a rough afternoon. He helped switch the primary account holder and set us up with the law enforcement/first responders discount.
