Hands down one of the best customer service experiences that I have ever had. My rig was in their bay for 4 months with warranty work.... big warranty work. Steve's work was top notch, treating my rig like it was his own or a family member's. His attention to detail was a refreshing change from the other dealerships/service departments that we have used. Jo's responsiveness and customer service communications were always quick and thorough. These are the type of people that you want to go see and visit even after your work is done. Everyone seemed to care. It wasn't just about making a sale but actually cared about doing a good job, getting a full time family back on the road, and being friendly all the while. Well done Jo, Hunter, Steve, and the rest of the fam over there.

5 + stars! These folks went the extra mile to make sure our travel trailers' suspension was safe and reliable. Went to bat for us at the warranty center which resulted in a total rebuild at minimal cost. Our sincerest thanks to Hunter and his folks, and the technician extraordinaire Steve who made it all happen. Can't say enough about their service, we've traveled the country and met some fine people, no exception here. Wicked Good job getting us "on the road again"!!

I have used them for years because they do go work, relatively quickly and at a fair price. I've never had an issue with a repair and they go out of they're way to get you what you need. We needed our trailer for an up coming family reunion the next week and after the repairing the entire electrical system, the last thing needed was a state inspection so we could use it. Despite them being super busy and our repair being done, they took the time to replace a couple clearance light lenses and inspect it so we would be good to go. Highly recommend checking them out.

Called for a plumbing problem in our fifth wheel. Spoke with Hunter at the office and David was dispatched to our camper. Problem was quickly diagnosed and explained thoroughly. Repair options were provided. I appreciate the fast, honest and fair services this company provided. These fine folks have earned my future business. Thank you

I was just passing through on my maiden voyage on a brand new flat tow bar install. When I stopped that night I realized the batch cord that actuated the brake controller and tow vehicle lights was pulled apart. My wife called South Texas rv service and told of our situation and they made a opening for us at noon the same day
I had a oil and filter change on our motorhome and generator and the big ask to somehow assist getting my flat tow bar working safely. This team just trouble shot my setup and made revisions in a most professional way and took care of it
Without demeaning the old install of my brake system I was told how they would of installed it to keep it clean and professional , not zap strapped.
So I now know how to take care of that myself when I get home.
I am very grateful to this business and there staff for going above and beyond.

We had a piece of our rv fall to the ground and noticed it at the gas station. I went into the store and asked for a tool to take it off. Jim didn’t hesitate to offer to run to his shop to get the tools to get us back on the road. He wouldn’t accept any money from us and was as gracious as a person could be.

I had South Texas RV Service Center do the inspection on my RV travel trailer. One of my lights were out and instead of not passing me they changed it for me so I could pass and not have to come back.
