Impossible to get a hold of them. Nobody answers. Been waiting two weeks to speak to someone.

Not to mention they more than doubled prices when they bought out the local owners.

I signed up for auto pay, but I didn’t know their autopay didn’t work until we went to our unit and they had a LOCK on it. Mind you we were only a few days past the due date. Literally. The groundskeeper said I would get a text with the combo lock because I paid it immediately when I realized the payment hasn’t been pulled, but no combo has been sent. Also when you call the phone number it always routes to a new SPAM. “You won’t a hundred dollar Walmart gift card” or a foreign person asking personal information. So if we can’t get in touch with you, who are you to put a bolt on our units for being a few days late because your website faulted? Not to mention they have doubled rent and charged me $25 for being just a few days late. Even credit card companies have a 10 day grace period which I hadn’t even reached. This company is ridiculous. If I could get the combination for the lock you put on my unit, I’d already have it cleaned out.
