Excellent service and top notch professional. I have not had the pleasure of using Archibald’s on a plumbing job yet but I have contacted them numerous times to discuss issues and had them come take a look. He is very generous with knowledge and is not interested in taking your money unnecessarily—which is why I haven’t used him yet. He seems really sharp and knowledgeable. I would certainly have him work on any plumbing issue I have. I will say his rates are not going to be the most affordable. But I suppose you get what you pay for!

I've used Archibald Plumbing at our house a few times in the past year and the experience has always been great.

We've had both our sewer line cleaned going out to the road as well as having our main stack replaced. The price was reasonable for the work being performed. Alex and his team were fast and professional in their work.

Couldn't ask for a better company to work with. David was super responsive when setting up an appointment, and when the crew came out there were on time, friendly, and efficient. Good value too. While I don't hope to have more plumbing/water issues (who does?!), I'll gladly bringing my business back to Archibald if that day comes. 100% recommend if you need plumbing work done in your house!

Had a water heater break. Called David and the next morning he had someone out replacing the unit. He even managed to find an electrician to run wiring (replaced gas with electric) on short notice. The end result looks fantastic. Shout out to Santiago who was super professional and reliable to work with. I'd highly recommend.

Archibald Plumbing Services did a great job on replacing our HVAC system. The caliber of service they provided was exemplary. They did a complete HVAC system replacement when our furnace stopped working in our new home. When they arrived, they first focused on completing a temporary fix to the furnace to ensure we would have heat until they could do the installation. They were swift in providing an array of quotes to aid us in our decision. They were able to install swiftly and did so on a Saturday to try to get our heat up and running as soon as possible. When the furnace did not initially work that day due to electrical issues, they provided us with space heaters to ensure we would not go without heat until they could get a needed part Monday morning. We would happily work with them again and recommend their services to others!

Cannot say enough good things about Archibald Plumbing. We purchased a new home and they installed our new kitchen sink and dishwasher, as well as washing machine and water heater. We had a few problems with the furnace system we inherited from the previous owners and David and his team was able quickly come out and diagnose the problems and get them fixed. They kept us informed about what was going on and always showed up at the appointed time. I trust them completely and cannot recommend them enough.

We have been very much impressed with their work, so much so, that we engaged them to fix multiple toilets, and replace our HVAC system. Could not have been happier with their work. Highly recommend them without reservation.

I am so happy my builder introduced me to this team. Really beautiful work. My renovation had special challenges: I asked them to install excavation pump, reroute poorly designed plumbing from previous owner that was obstructing renovation, do all other plumbing/venting and related permitting that was required for complete basement renovation - full bath, laundry, etc.

1.5 years Repaired HVAC with minimal cost when we were advised from another company that we needed to replace it. Still works great! Thanks.
