Ashley Store

Store is very clean, staff is very welcoming. Karina greeted us and let us browse without bothering us. She answered all our questions and would move pieces of furniture so we could see what we liked together. Really went out of the way to help us in finding what we wanted. This is the second time we purchased from this store. I recommend shopping for your next purchase!

Asad was a great help with picking my furniture and finding a great deal! I am so thrilled with what we picked out! Excellent customer service!

Had issues with delivery. I only got some of my stuff. Delivery driver blamed store and store blamed delivery driver. Fact of the matter is, driver and store both had a list of items to be loaded up and neither of them made sure it was all there. Still waiting on the rest of my furniture. At least, everyone has been super nice through all this and are all working to make sure I get my items.

Sales people were very nice, had a great selection. Everything went smooth, until we started talking about delivery. They have a 2 to 3 week waiting. Period to get deliveries, totally unacceptable in the industry. as the competitor states you’re sitting on a back, back, back, order slip.

Was greeted quickly by Staff member. Told him what I needed and taken directly to that area. Staff member was extremely helpful with no pressure. Found what I wanted and more with recliner I chose. Best part was the savings realized on selected item! Extremely happy camper!!😀

Very impressed with this Ashley store but even more impressed with my sales person Arfeen. He was amazing!!
I will be the 1st to admit, I am a very hard person to please and he went above and beyond my expectations to help me find the perfect furniture at a great price.
Arfeen spent a lot of time with me and he never rushed or pressured me into purchasing anything. (Unlike a lot of the other stores I had gone to). Great experience from start to finish. Can't wait to see my new furniture in my home.

My family and I were well taken care of at the Ashley store. The manager greeted us and his team helped us along the way as well to choose our new furniture. Once we found what we wanted the process was seamless and we were given water and offered options on our purchase to fit our family’s needs. We will be back in the future.

My daughter found the perfect bed after searching everywhere all day. The manager was very helpful in getting us financed and we were out in less than an hour. Quick service is the best service for someone like me.

I was looking for a certain barstool that would match what we already had, and found them at the Ashley store. These barstools were currently a discontinued item, but Kameron located them for us and we ordered them and picked them up from the warehouse the same day. I'm planning on assembling them soon, and sure they will be the same quality as the others we have. Good quality, decent prices and friendly service. This is an amazing place to shop. The store has a comfortable atmosphere. Sunny was knowledgeable about the recliners & beds.
He made the whole experience easy and pleasant.

The manager (Sunny) was very patient and helped me get exactly what I needed. Very nice and professional. The rest of the staff were very nice as well.

So my wife and I went in there and purchased a bed and sectional couch. We dealt with Kamren, (sorry if I spelt your name wrong), and he was AMAZING. We got home and decided to change our order and remove the bed, he handled it well. Then I called back to tell him we wanted it after all and he STILL handled it well. He was very interactive with our 4 month old and made us feel comfortable while in the store. Thanks Kamren (sorry if I still spelt your name wrong) and Ashley’s.
