I've been here a few times over the past year and every time, the staff have been incredibly helpful. I went to mail a passport renewal today and had messed something up, and the staff member working the counter was very patient and funny and helped me fix it. Would not recommend other post offices, but this one is great! Would go out of my way to mail from here.

I absolutely want to give employee Tam a 100-star for her work! She is very nice and professional for the passport service. Big thumb-up to her!

Came here earlier to get a couple of stamps! Clerk #17 was kind and patient and even though they only had 10 domestic stamps left, they gave me the 8 that I needed to mail my items. My experience at this store was awesome, efficient and simple! Will return in the future if I need to ship anything!

The best post office experience I've had! All the staff in this location are patient, friendly, knowledge and swift. I have rarely ever had to wait to get attended. Keep up the great work :-).

I have had my fair share of experiences with the post office but every time I come into this location they are always friendly and helpful. Today Myra went above and beyond to help me locate a package that I needed to stop transit on. I cannot remember the other nice lady who has worked there for years name but she was also so kind and helpful. I really appreciate the staff here.

Went in before lunch Monday morning to mail a package. Short line. Friendly staff member, on his own, looked up the destination address to ensure it was correct. I would go back to this post office.

Post office is located inside the building, in the basement (go inside the building and then take the elevator or escalator down from street level). Nicely air conditioned. Has mailing supplies (both free and for sale) and greeting cards.

This post office has the best people and is so efficient. Especially the passport manager. I've tried to use other locations like Georgetown and they are not as good.

I went here for a passport renewal appointment and normally I dread these types of things but S. Newman made it so enjoyable. Amazing service and friendly staff. Crazy how a job well done can change your day!

Not crowdy. Quick drop-off. Passport service available. For passport service need preliminary registration on usps.com and filling DS-11 form. Fast and convenient without any passport agencies.
