I absolutely love the customer service Angelle did for me today, absolutely felt like my needs were met! She went out of her way to show me how the colors of the balloons would look after being inflated, she kept me well informed of everything! She totally made my visit today so smooth and easy, honestly the nicest employee I have ever came across. I love that she was letting me know what I needed to know so I wouldn’t be scrambling last minute, thank you Angelle! My daughter’s second birthday will be wonderful because of your help :)

Such amazing customer service, went above and beyond what I would ever expect from a business! I ordered a few different balloon arrangements for my son’s 3rd birthday, which was Thomas the Train theme. Unfortunately when we were driving home, the largest, most special Thomas balloon popped, leaving my son and I both in tears. His birthday party being the next day and unable to return to the store, we were both devastated at what had happened. When we got home, I received a survey in my email asking me to rate the service, and I wrote a message explaining what had happened. I never expected a reply, MAYBE a generic email with a coupon code for a future purchase. However, the store manager called me within 30 minutes, and apologized for what had happened, saying that they likely received a poor quality balloon and they wanted to make it right. She offered to make me a new balloon and I could go pick it up, but I live about 20 minutes from the store and I had other obligations that prevented me from going back. So, she offered to arrange for an Uber to pick up the order and take it to my house! I gladly accepted, and within an hour I received the balloon. However, I was shocked to realize an entirely new ballon bouquet had been made for me, when only one balloon had popped 🤯. The store manager, Cindy, went above and beyond to help me with this order and make it right. I am so pleased and so was my son. Thank you so much! I will definitely continue to use party city Conroe for my future party needs 😊 you are amazing!

Management, staff and stock. All top notch. Staff is always helpful and willing to give options. Management is always ready to problem solve and keeps store at the ready as best as possible. Clean and friendly environment. Some prices are a little outrageous (for me!!! I dont live in the city, so they may actually be average for the area/content) but they keep everything stocked as best as possible.If they dont have what you need, they try to find out if the other store down road has it so you have options. Will go here again, if I ever need while I am visiting.

There were 2 carts that were definitely not safe. I told the employee about it. He attempted to fix it, but couldn't so removed it. Thanks to the young man who tried.

Came here on Sunday morning as they opened, which is a plus. I got the help I needed quickly in and out.

I was disappointed that theybwere almost completely out of New Years Eve decorations..But over all ot was a good shopping trip. The help was great. Nice ladies that work there

Amazing place you can find everything here for parties

This place is Awesome! I could have spent half the day in here. I went to get cake decorating supplies for a birthday cake and was amazed at all the party stuff here. I found exactly what I was looking for and more.
