I was here at the 900 Brentwood location as well on Saturday submitting important documents when I was assisted by Kelli L. who was super friendly though she was just one of the two staff I saw in this place. I told her to be safe, told her the story of my meeting Marquita at the North Cap. location not too long ago the other day and how herself (Kelli L.) and Marquita had similar energy, that her service, relatability was definitely something USPS can be proud to have onboard.

I love that they’re open until 4p on Saturdays! Always respectful and efficient customer service compared to the post office near my house in NE.

I don't understand why mail boxes were taken off since Trump"s Post Master General was removed from office! Why didn't Congress overtaken his ruling regarding voting in state primaries.

Excellent customer service! William assisted me with filling out the proper paperwork for my mailbox keys. Remembers local customers and is a pleasure to be around !!!

I’m only leaving this review for MERCEDES! She had the ABSOLUTE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE ENTIRE OFFICE.

I had the opposite experience with WILL. I feel that this employee makes customers feel belittled and demeaned. He isn’t very helpful and while I was there a few people in line actually waited on Mercedes to finish a customer rather than going to him.

Overall, this isn’t the most efficient office, but there are peope like Mercedes that makes it a decent enough office to ship things from.

I had a great experience with the people in the passport office when I went to get a renewal. They explained the process well and I was in and out in 15 minutes. They lady was also nice when I mailed my package.

I had a great experience here. Maybe it was the time of day, but it was not crowded (around 4 pm). Passport office was efficient and courteous, clerk at checkout was knowledgeable and helpful, and I was done quickly and on my way. I do not have mail delivered through this office, but for a walk in customer it was a great experience.

After a terrible experience at the USPS on L street, the employees there sent us to Brentwood. When I got to Brentwood location with 6 tubs full of mail I had to deliver, I never got the woman’s name but I asked her about where I need to drop these off, she was super kind and helped my fiancé and I send off the 200+ Parcels. (she let us know we could have sent the parcels through a door handle, which L street has as well. Thanks, L street USPS.). She helped us out and was so so kind. She was at the blue counter helping people out, asking if people needed help or had questions. Its been a really tough past month or so for me and I really appreciated her and her professionalism and kindness. I wish the USPS employees on L street took note of this.

I m happy with the excellent services provided today. Everyone there was helpful. My questions were answered. If you are trying to obtain a passport you must make appointment online or you can also request appointment with the self service machine. It was easy to do. Hope this review helps others.

Excellent experience getting a passport for my 11-week-old son. We were in and out in less than thirty minutes, and the guy who helped us was very kind and patient, taking several pictures until we got one that would work for the passport.

It's not that bad. I've gotten packages there reliably, without unreasonable waits, and today I went to send something with a pre-printed shipping label, and I didn't even get to approach the desk- the guy directing traffic took it and I was out the door in 20 seconds.

I went for a money order. It was quick. 3 clerks, no wait in line. I would recommend.

This is my favorite post office, with a super convenient self service lobby. Mail service from this location is very good (time to destinations). My experience with the staff has always been quite positive. They are efficient and competent, and have never been anything other than polite to me.

I had a GREAT experience here. The best advice I can give is go to the passport office during the off hours. Don't go on Saturdays!! but do go between the times of 12pm-2:30 on weekdays. I was in and out within 10minutes. Everyone was so professional. #LOVETHEM

The passport office is super efficient!! The woman was extremely helpful yesterday and asked you questions to ensure you would not waste your time before you got started. I was in and out very quickly!

Thankful to find another USPS open 7 days a week after being spoiled by the Tampa Airport Post Office. Quick service and just across the street from Union Station. Recommend to those who need postal services beyond the standard USPS hours in the DC area.

Rushing to mail 10 certified letters I didn't place the certified stickers on each envelope. The mail clerk that helped me was friendly and helpful in getting my letters complete and ready for mailing quickly and efficiently.

It's a little hard to find a parking spot though they have a big parking lot. But the customer service is great, the security officer is very friendly and so was the lady helped me with my package, I would definitely choose this USPS over the others nearby.

In and out filing my passport application with photo taken on-site in 10 minutes. This place says very busy on google but there’s no one here. Even if it is busy, just be patient? These folks aren’t here to answer every one of your passport questions either — come prepared.
