Delaware Total Foot and Ankle Center

Absolutely wonderful experience at Delaware Total Foot and Ankle Center today. First of all, I was able to get an appointment very quickly. I did take the time to fill out the paperwork for a first time patient ahead of the appointment and the staff was very grateful that no time was wasted there. Amanda was very courteous and explained everything very clearly and Dr. Kane was excellent. I only had a minor issue, but I was treated well, everything was explained clearly and I left with the feeling I found a doctor and supporting staff for my future foot care. Thank you, everyone.

Office was very clean and front office staff very friendly. Amanda was amazing and was aware of my mothers dementia from the moment she escorted us to the exam room. Dr. Joe was exceptional as well. He talked to my mom and made sure she was comfortable with him and the procedure that was taking place. Overall, great experience and would definitely recommend.

Very positive experience with Delaware Total Foot. Front desk staff was friendly, competent, and efficient. Medical staff was friendly, thorough, and showed concern for my issue. Dr. Joe was also friendly and ensured that I understood what my issue was and how to deal with it. Overall just excellent!

The entire staff is to be commended for their welcoming smiles,efficiency, and knowledge. And then Dr. Joe listened to me and was very proactive in developing a plan that could be helpful. His knowledge, communication, and solution-oriented approach are much appreciated!

Possibly the best medical office experience I have ever had! From my initial phone call with Erin, who fit me in on short notice, to the pleasant front office staff, to the medical staff, and the doctor, my visit was nothing short of outstanding. Amanda was not only proficient, but delightful in assisting the doctor. Dr. Kane was thorough, reassuring and very professional. The office space is bright, clean, and easily accessible on the first floor. This was my first time there, but Debra has been there a couple of times and I with her. Amanda, Dr. Kane and the entire staff are just as you would want a Dr's office to be, polite, courteous and calming. And, of course, professional!

Nice, clean office. They got my daughter in very quickly and took care of her ingrown toenail the same visit. Dr. Kane was great. Would definitely recommend.

When I first called about my foot problem, I was able to get an appointment in a timely fashion. Upon arrival, front office staff were courteous and I was seen as soon as I completed filling out my initial patient paperwork. Dr Kane and Amanda were efficient, pleasant and knowledgeable. This was my first visit to the office as a new patient. The staff is incredibly friendly, the office vibe is welcoming and the office is very nice and high tech. They have x-rays on site which make everything quick and easy to identify any issues and get a quick treatment plan. The doctors are VERY knowledgeable and spend all the time with you that you need. There wasn't a detail missed and when I left I felt very comfortable that my issues were addressed and on the right track to get resolved. I would HIGHLY recommend the practice.

Kane was excellent. He listened to me and suggested a treatment plan for my heal pain. Very thoughtful. Would go again, but I was traveling through Delaware and needed help. My daughter had gone to this office and really liked them.
