Robert's Transmission

Recently the transmission in my 2020 GMC Sierra started making whining and rattling noises. Come to find out, it’s a pretty common occurrence with the 10 speed 10L80 idle gear. Robert’s was familiar with the issue and knew exactly what to do. Everybody there was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They even took me into the shop to show me the parts they had just replaced out of another 10L80. They explained the issue, and detailed the repair steps.

They called me as soon as the parts came in, and they had my truck back in less than two days. No whine, no rattling; I’ve probably only put 1000 miles on it since then, but so far, so good. I highly recommend Robert’s Transmission!

Well. I scratched my brand new car and Robert fixed it! You wouldn’t know it was there, I have my new car back. (I had someone else help at first and they messed it up more). I will only ever go to Robert from now on. I highly recommend him. He was very friendly and professional. Thank you Robert.

They will not try to sell you anything you don't need and whatever you have in your vehicle that you left in their shop will still be there when you return. Whatever repairs are made Robert will stand behind.

This family owned business is great. Top notch service. While rebuilding the transmission in a older truck of mine, they found several smaller problems and fixed them free of charge. That's how a business operates, honesty and value! Thanks again!
