I love all my doctors. Eastone (GI) Doc. B neurologist Doc Abdelgaber family care Doc George ENT Pulmonary is great ( new doc) Nurse practitioners are great and knowledgeable. Everyone has a rough day from time to time so if you have had a bad experience don't write them off talk to doctors let them know. You grown behave in that manner.

Oncology staff who check the patient’s in & out also take’s care of making all of the appointments for MRI’s, petscan’s .. (patient’s don’t realize how much they take care of). Alicia, Chelsea, Carrie, Stephanie . .
all of the staff are so helpful & nice. Chelsea handles a lot of my appts, all of the info faxed to Cleveland Clinic etc… Chelsea is so professional, friendly, helpful- she really takes care of me & I can’t thank her enough!
I’m diagnosed with cancer stage 4 & on chemo. I have a lot going on that Chelsea is happy to help me with. I can’t thank her enough- (even my husband recommended that I fill out a review for her because she has taken care of us so well).

Well everything I hoped for through the Podiatry Department was wonderful
However signing in at main desk was a Kathy not a Karen. Until she spoke. Rude to a worker in front of me her rudeness was unethical disarming to say the least. And is the manager. What . Brenda at same desk was more professional than this Kathy and jovial with all patients needs concerns.
Yes I'll be back just thought community should be aware of this one piece of rude.

Visited the NOW clinic for the first time ever after being referred to them since our pediatricians’ offc was full and couldn’t see us. There were only 5 or so other patients waiting and the staff was very efficient and kind. There was a doctor filling in for the PA who was very courteous and understanding. I was very pleased with how quickly we were seen and how smoothly the visit was completed from the receptionist to the nurses to the doctor! I cannot compliment them enough on their care! Thank you for all you do!

I see Dr Kumar and also the barbaric clinic. I am happy with everyone but especially the barbaric nurse practices. When I was very depressed she said she would pray for me. Also she increased my stomach pills so I am not sick all the time. The dietitian is very kind and knowledgeable
I have seen Dr Kumar for many years and he is very knowledgeable about the various neurological problems I have.

He caught on real quick to an underlying issue that needs addressed pronto. Appreciate his knowledge and skill level. He is straight forward which some might be put off with. I however am very pleased and satisfied.

Dr. Dawson ENT at HIMG is an excellent doctor. Very caring, takes time to explain things and very professional. If you are looking for a ear, nose and throat doctor you will not be disappointed. His staff is very nice and go out of their way to help you. When HIMG hired Dr Dawson they added a great provider to their staff😊

I saw Jessica Smith FNP at the urology department and I think she was awesome! Great personality, down to earth. She made me feel at ease and comfortable. I highly recommend her and this office.

There was an emergency while I was there, they handled most efficiently.

Jackie and I couldn't be more happy with ENT at HIMG. I was pleased with great care and caring professionals. A very comfortable and pleasant place to be.

My husband and I have and know multiple physicians in this group and they are all well educated and caring professional individuals.

Easy to get an appointment. They have a good lab that gets results back to you in a timely fashion.

This is the all you need medical center. Have never had a bad experience here, all staff are friendly professional and knowledgeable!!
