Twin Towers created a custom fit key guard for my daughter's iPad so that she could more easily access an app that helps her to communicate. It has been life changing for her. We are so thankful for Janet and her team!

Janet and her team are excellent, they do such great job and take great care of their customers. We have had several things done by Twin Towers and they have always done such great service. So easy to work with, quick time turn around, always so professional and friendly.

At the risk of repeating what has been said many times...Lynne and her crew are fantastic! I had lined up with another engraver as we were on a tight time-line waiting for a retro Japanese lighter for my son's birthday. Of course, a delay in receiving the lighter was followed by a scheduling conflict at the engravers.

I made a desperation call and Lynne asked for pictures to make sure it was compatible with her equipment. Literally 10 minutes after the call I was on my way to Belvedere with a high level of confidence it was going to happen...and happen it did. Aside from the literal last minute request and fitting us into her busy schedule, Lynne picked out the perfect fonts to complement the unique style of the lighter.

To round out the experience, she charged us less than I was expecting to pay for standard service.

Some companies might have gotten a few of these elements right, but Lynne got them ALL right...and then some.

I ran a business for thirty years and became a pilot so I could service our automotive client base the way Lynne takes care of her customers...and she does it without an airplane (I assume).

Every year, my entire immediate family (20 of us total) venture to Lake of the Ozarks, MO. As you can imagine, complete chaos and dysfunction during the planning process. My artist sister usually handles the ordering of the stylish matching apparel item for the group. Well, this year, let's just say it was not happening. As the youngest of my siblings, I would NOT let tradition fall to the wayside. I was able to get in-touch with Janet at Twin Towers only 2 weeks before our departure to see if MAYBE she could help us out in a hurry. Guess what.....of course she could. Between the artwork, multiple sizes and gender styles, she had my order completed with a week to spare.....unbelievable.
