I had a procedure on May 1,2024 in the Surgery Center. I want to compliment the entire team. From the lady at the front desk that checked me in at 7:30am to the entire nursing staff. I had exceptional care! I’m a retired nurse so I know what good care is. The procedure couldn’t be completed.The team in the OR intervened on my behalf. I was so unnerved. They stayed with me and assured me through it all. I especially want to mention the post op nurse (pediatric background) I’m so sorry I didn’t get her name. She was so reassuring, compassionate and understanding. I’m so glad to see exceptional nursing and kindness still exist! Please thank each and everyone that had a part in my care yesterday. They are the best!!

In the past 6 months I have had two surgeries performed at Cabell Huntington Hospital. I chose to travel from the Eastern side of WV nearly 4 hrs due to family and friends recommendations. One procedure was by choice and the other necessity. In both cases I received the most amazing care and compassion from each staff member I interacted with. From preregistration and lab work, to intake, surgery and floor care my experience could not have been better. Experiencing medical procedures is always stressful, but the care I was blessed with reduced my stress and improved the outcome of both procedures.

I tried the Tele-NOW Virtual Care option when I didn't have the energy to go to an urgent care center in person. I was immediately connected to a Marshall Health Network provider where I was able to discuss my symptoms and get a prescription called in, all within 15 minutes. It was so easy and convenient, and I would highly recommend the telehealth services at Marshall Health Network!

Really appreciated the care that Marshall Health Network gave my mom. Top notch docs across the board. Lucky to have a good health system so close to home.

This is one of the worst places I have been in my life. After I finally started traveling out of West Virginia, I had good healthcare. I've been a long time patient but refuse to go any longer as I have never had a good experience here with the business. They don't like to give you your medical records; they discourage you from going anywhere "out of the area", and the misdiagnosis problem here is terrible. There is no accountability. Good luck!

Undoubtedly the worst care from doctors I have ever seen. My husband had knee replacement surgery on Monday. Dr Oli preform the surgery. John didn't see the Dr and I only received a phone call from him telling me John did fine and how pretty he made his knee look. Dr Wallace did make 2 appearances, he is the hospital Dr. Before the surgery and then the next day but not afterwards to make sure he was okay. I didn't get to see John until it was time to go home because they didn't have a room for him I had no idea how he was I wasn't allowed in the recovery room. I can say the staff of recovery was very good to him but he had to wait for meds because they weren't prepared for an overnight patient. We were told he would be released at noon and at 2:00 we pulled out of the hospital parking lot. Worst hospital and Doctors.

Been awake 32+ hours. Been waiting since family went to surgery just 11 hours ago. Nearly zero communication from staff. The communication we have received has been conflicting and only given when we inquired. Terrible customer service. If this is what we can expect from Mountain Health…no thank you!

Avoid it all costs this is the discount basement Health provider anywhere. I am local and travel way outside of the area to avoid this provider mistakes abound. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere !!!!
