Our son has spent much time looking for a great used auto. His dad and I have been involved, but ultimately this was our son's decision. He knew he wanted a Toyota Forerunner. He found exactly what he wanted at Mark Bates. They weren't pushing for a sale, answered our questions to our satisfaction. The Toyota is in excellent condition, our son's safety in a vehicle is our main priority. We are very pleased w their service.
