I have owned a VW since 2008. This is the first time I had a positive experience in your service department. The minute I walked in the door I was greeted with a smile. I didn't have an appointment; my check engine light came on and I lost power on Rt. 60. I was close enough to get to Moses VW. Honestly, I was dreading going there. Knowing I would receive a hassle or be treated rudely. To my surprise there was a very polite, friendly, caring, and willing to help red headed lady named Amanda working there. She listened to me and didn't talk to me like I was stupid. She genuinely seemed happy to help. She arranged for the shuttle to pick me up and take me to work so I didn't have to wait any longer on a ride. This was the first time I was offered that service!! She assured me she would call to let me know what was going on with my car, and SHE DID!!! Again, first time ever I didn't have to call and be put on eternal hold to check on my car. I asked how long it would take to be fixed because I was going to be renting a car. She placed me on a brief hold and told me not to rent a car that she had a 'loaner' vehicle I could drive until my car was fixed. I have NEVER been offered that service in 15 years!! She called me throughout the week to keep me posted about my vehicle. I didn't have to call once. She advised me what was under warranty and what was out of pocket, so when I arrived to pick up my car there were no surprises in cost. From beginning to end, I felt like a valued customer for the first time at this dealership. Amanda is an asset to this company and should be recognized as such! She goes above and beyond to help customers.

Great experience! I scheduled an oil change for today. The service was quick and the customer service was phenomenal. Jordan was friendly and went above and beyond to create a wonderful experience for my visit.

Dealt with great people mechanic went out
of his way checking on my car to get it right.
Upon top of that received free inspection and a free car wash.

Visited 10/10/23 for NYS inspection, had oil changed, tires rotated, a small tire issue fixed, air filters changed. Prompt, efficient service, knowledgeable staff. Kudos for excellent customer service from Zeve, who went above and beyond to explain each point of the service. Clean waiting room, much needed early AM coffee. Thank you! The only downside is that I wasn't able to log into the wifi, but overall A+++

I love Moses. I would definitely purchase again from and service with them. They are so easy to work with- very quick, reasonably priced and they always wash my car. Nothing like picking up a clean car after an oil change!

Moses VW did an incredible job servicing my atlas when it had problems while I was traveling. My service advisor Jordan communicated regularly and Sherry the Parts Manager went above and beyond to get me back on the road. Really grateful for the Moses VW service department.

Appointment time was good, no waiting when l got there, stayed on sight, looked at few new VW models, everyone was nice and polite. Work was completed promptly including a recall replacement.

Bought my Atlas last year they were amazing and got me right in to do my oil change and tire rotation.

Staff was very helpful. Very relaxed negotiation process. Salesperson Matthew Demoss was very helpful and personable. Definitely not your stereotypical salesperson that you see on movies.
The managers were very personable and treated me well. No issues so far. Vehicle I purchase has exceeded my expectations so far.
