Marshall Hall of Fame Cafe

As an ECU Alum traveling back to NC after our loss to Michigan (great people too btw), we decided to stay the night in downtown Huntington. Why I missed this place in the past is beyond me. The atmosphere is AWESOME!! Ms. Martha is a gem. The food is spot on good. Just awesome people running an amazing Marshall themed restaurant and bar. The trophy cases blew my mind. Wish we had something like this in Greenville, NC. Kudos to y'all and thanks for a great experience!!

While working the home show across the street at the Arena we popped over several times for to go orders. The staff was always friendly and accommodating. We tried several dishes from the Big Sexy Burger, which was deemed best burger around, to the grilled Bourbon Chicken. Everything was tasty, well packaged and well priced for the portions!

First time visiting, it was busy due to a concert across the street. We were seated much quicker than we were told originally.

The food was great, May be the best fish & chips I have ever had. The Bang Bang Shrimp appetizer was outstanding.

The service was outstanding even with how busy things were.

Great atmosphere food was great service was ok. But if it's lunch be prepared. This is where everyone goes too so have good service smile more your getting paid. Mostly your making money while people spend it. So have funn.

I travel all of Ohio and Kentucky for work and always choose a local place to eat versus a national chain when possible. The shrimp and vegetable skewers were a perfect, healthy dinner after having fast food for lunch due to time constraints. The best aspect of my experience was Campbell, who served me. She was timely, efficient, friendly, and engaging, and she tolerated my banter as I was alone on the road and bored. Thank you, Campbell, for tolerating me. 😁

Very large family group and the two servers did an admirable job keeping up. Only knock on food was my burger was pretty dry.
But, the folks were very accommodating and really friendly.

This was the first time eating here in about 10 years+. It was a very good experience. The staff was friendly and always making sure we had drinks. Will definitely not wait another 10+years to come back.

Tonight is my Birthday and Our dinner at Marshall Hall of Fame Cafe was Fantastic!! Especially my Lobster Bisque and my BBQ Shrimp! Our Server Josh was The Best!! He made sure everything was Great. And He was very Nice and Cool. When I go back I will request Josh's section. Thanks Ya'll. My Husband Jeff works on Your equipment and He says his lunch is Always Great too. 👍 🦀😁

Cool atmosphere with all the Marshall University items. Service was friendly and quick. Food was good. Will say that some of the food didn't present great, but it all tasted great, so don't judge it till you taste it.

We were in town for the state wrestling tournament. Over 200 wrestlers and their coaches and family all got break at one time! The place was packed fast with groups of 20+. Even though we were seated quickly, and our server (Austin Johnson) was excellent! As a former server I am hard to please but this young man was the BEST! Fast delicious food, great prices, fun upbeat atmosphere! This is a must see while in Huntington!

Great food, excellent service, good process, clean...Austin J was our server, he was friendly, polite and excellent. It was VERY BUSY due to the wrestling tournament in town, but food and service was very fast. Great place, will be back!

Food was good, but the service made it great. My wait was great . Her name was Tiffani... would come back just bc of her exemplary service , smile, and attitude.

Not had a bad bite yet.... everything my husband and I have had is absolutely delicious.

I think I've been here two times; the first visit was pretty okay but this visit was much better. Our server was nice and the food was great but the service was kind of slow. I'll still give it 5 stars because there food was so good.

Third year for our club's Christmas party. Great variety of food and excellent service. The private party room is perfect for our group.

Food was good, staff was friendly. Went to help a local TNR rescue group; restaurant donated 15% of sales to group.

Used Door Dash to have lunch brought to the office. They had the order ready in 11 minutes and the food was fantastic!

Fun place. Very similar restaurant in comparison to it's former sister restaurant in Ashland. It's further for me to drive to but I got to see the friends I made in Ashland.

The Giant Grown up Grilled Cheese is definitely Giant! It was absolutely amazing! Such a great take on a simple childhood favorite. Our server was extremely attentive and polite. The restaurant was very busy, but everything seemed to move along like a well oiled machine. Definitely would recommend!
