I’ve used them for years and their work has always been excellent and high end. They do the work on the premises which not all dry cleaners do. One time I forgot to take my cuff links off my shirt and they gave them back on a small zip bag with the cleaned shirt. The buttons of my jackets come wrapped in aluminum foil, and one time I had a stain in a shirt they called me and asked me if I wanted treated, which had some risk to the shirt. I agreed and it turned out ok.

One of the best dry cleaners I've experience. They are nice and really make an effort. I needed an emergency same day shirt dry cleaned. It was past the drop off time for such a service.

However they found a way to squeeze me in which was really helpful. I've only been a few times, but these few times have not disappointed me yet. It worth it for me to drive from Silver Spring for their service!

had an unfortunate rip in my trousers on the train from ny, randomly stopped by their store. they agreed to patch it up on the spot, without skipping a beat, while i waited in briefs behind a curtain. 5 mins, 7 dollars, good as new and on my way, friendly, professional quality service! thanks again

Consistently kind and quick with our regular dry cleaning. I recently needed suit pants hemmed and a suit jack sleeve brought up and they did a great job!

Swift Cleaners gets extra points for cleaning out an oil stain from a silk cotton blend dress that I really thought was gone for good. I dropped the dress off on a Wednesday morning and it was ready by Saturday, which is a fairly quick turnaround for a stain removal. Furthermore, the staff are very friendly and attentive.

Way overpriced and shirts were wrinkly picking them up.

DO NOT recommend. Full details below but the short version: damaged dress shirts, poor communication, lack of full compensation for our troubles and damages.

I've never had a problem with ANY dry cleaners, ever, not even the cheap place Zips in the suburbs, but our FIRST (and last) visit to this place turned into a catastrophe. First, we were informed my husband's favorite and nicest white dress shirt was damaged by ink. The would keep it and try to fix it with a special ink remover and get back to us. Allegedly the other items were OK. However, we got home and my husband found that another shirt of his had broken buttons and an ink spot, and a third shirt seemed to be tinted slightly pink. Neither shirt was totally unwearable, but definitely damaged. However, I had walked out with 8 items and not paid a dime, so we decided to just let it go instead of making a fuss. We figured the free dry cleaning made up for the troubles and damages.

Then, a MONTH later, I went back for the white shirt. It still has ink spots on it, but I took it, again, thinking we weren't being charged anyway and it came out even. BUT THEN, I was charged $80!!!!! I complained to the manager and asked for a refund. He offered me a FIFTEEN DOLLAR CREDIT. I was floored. I said that wasn't adequate so he then offered me $8 of refund. I said I expected a full refund and he came back with $30 to compensate for the damaged white shirt. The shirt is worth probably about $50 (we don't have the receipt anymore), but I was fed up with the whole thing and took the $30. I wasn't going to leave a negative review, assuming we had had a freak experience, but now that we've been given damaged items AND poor customer service and lack of compensation, I feel the need to share this. We will be going to Georgetown Valet one block away instead from now on.

Consistently rude and unprofessional person at the counter. Seems annoyed when clients get in and inquire about their clothes. Definitely won’t come back with this kind of service! Never seen such behavior before at a dry cleaners..
