I recently subscribed to the highest-level monthly plan at Rich's Car Wash in Auburn, priced at a reasonable $40.00, including tax. During my initial visit, there was a slight issue with residue remaining after the wash, but the staff member was extremely helpful in explaining the situation and ensuring my car was spotless🤜🤛 The vacuum is powerful, and after the first visit, I've had consistently satisfying experiences. I appreciate the excellent service and friendly staff at Rich's Car Wash - Auburn. Highly recommended!👍

Used the mat washer and air nozzle for the first time. The mats came out spic n span and dry. The air nozzle was life changing for all those hard to reach places and all the air vents. I used the air nozzle in tandem with the vacuum to make sure all the dust found a new home.

I use them at least 3 times a week. Staff could be friendlier. Cash wash is self sufficient.

It was great. Nice and clean. The mat cleaner leaves a little too much water on the mats. But overall, it's great. I have a monthly subscription

Just left Rich’s and must say I had a great experience. Somehow I hit the valve on my tire and it went completely flat and had to call a tow truck. The attendant was so helpful with making sure the tow truck driver was able to get in and out with no problem. And I was able to make sure my car looked extra nice with having to wait for the tow truck to arrive, so it was a win in this situation.

This is the Chick-fil-A of Car Washes! The wash was phenomenal, the tunnel dryers actually dry your vehicle. Add on the complimentary microfibre cloths and glass cleaner in addition to the vacuum station that includes the air blowers to remove dust...what more could I ask for? Also the attendants are nice and helpful.

The best automatic car wash I've been to in the Auburn/Opelika area! It does an immensely better job than any of the Goo Goo's do, and it's pretty much the same price. The car wash cleaned places on our vehicle that other automatic car washes usually miss. Also, the vacuums seemed to be much stronger. Just an overall top-notch experience!

They care, for real! Plus much better equipment and job than Goo Goo does. Also, the rug cleaner washes and dries? Yup.

I come here almost on a daily basis. My car is parked in grass under trees and between the ant trying to move in and the birds assaulting it with poo every day is pretty much necessary. I know. 1st world problems. But it's nice to be able to go somewhere quick and inexpensive to clean your car. If u go to the car wash every day for 1 week and never again for the month the membership more than pays for its self. So being able to go everyday for the month. Totally worth it

Rich's Car Wash opened yesterday and is offering free washes. The staff was very friendly and the wash was what you should expect at a drive-thru wash place. Using the provided vacuums, I noticed scratches on my vehicle that were not there the last time I washed it. I was frustrated and the manager (Michael) came out and explained how the wash works. He was very calm and patient with me. They reviewed camera footage of me entering the wash and saw the scratches were there prior to my visit. Oh, and the washing mat thing works great.

Clean, quick, and they did a really good job. Free self-vacuuming with the carwash. You can borrow their window cleaner and cloth towels while you're there. Car looks top notch now.

Top Notch... Absolutely Love this place. Can't believe it took me so long to visit. I've passed by it a thousand times. Man the State of Art carwash cleans your car something serious! My car has never looked so Clean and waxed using a Drive thru. The vacuuming areas are so personalized. You don't have to worry about being in the way. The vaccums are also designed to fit in every crack of the carpet. I'm definitely going back again and again. Highly recommend if you have one in your area. 💜

Thanks for having Gpay. Got embarrassed at googoo I wasn't able to pay with my phone to upgrade to my membership I have used over years. Needed a wash and vacuum. Also the vacuums were super strong. Nice place.

We use the unlimited car wash. We really enjoy having it. Car wash seems to do a great job cleaning our vehicles. Doesn't require "elbow grease" which makes it nice

Better than any other car wash...$20 a mth for unlimited washes u can't beat!! Courtesy Glass cleaner and rags just return before u leave!

EXCELLENT service and the soap is very high quality. The property is neat and clean and the uniforms look nice. They should have lime green and blue t-shirts made for club members who keep their membership for 1 year.
