Starbucks

When I walked in I was greeted with wonderful hospitality from Jonathan. I had a big complex order and He was patient and kind while taking my order. He helped me out so much. This is what hospitality should look like. He went above and beyond!

Had the Peppermint Mocha Frappuccino with Almond Milk....delicious!!! Thank youuuuu

One of the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The Vanilla Iced Latte is my Starbucks usual & the banana bread warmed up pairs well.

Was traveling and needed to stop to do some work. The coffee was amazing, the staff was friendly, and the WiFi was perfect. Very clean and fast service.

They couldn't make hot drinks on coffee but it was ok. My ham and Swiss croissant was good as always.

Omgoodness what can I say about this place. I love it. The only issue is they run out of the holiday sryup's to fast. I went to 3 different stores for the sugar cookie. They were all out. Other than that this place is my jam. Lol

I didn’t go inside I went through the drive thru and the barista was so polite and friendly his happy energy made me happy. Thanks so much for great customer service

So I only visit the Auburn area on work related trips, and when I am there, I always visit this Starbucks for my coffee needs. The staff are very curtious and so helpful.

I enjoy the people who work here... it's a great place to have breakfast or lunch.

Love the customer service at this location! My drinks got made exactly how I asked and was done quicker than i expected. 5 stars all around!

I don’t like going to Starbucks but this trip was one of the best ones Ive ever had. I was greeted by a short red head who was very welcoming and had one of the sweetest smiles. I ordered my drink and the other barista was nothing but kind. I sat and waited for my drink at the counter and the girl made amazing small talk. She even gave me her name after she finished my drink, thank you so much to Starbucks and to jada. Definitely coming back soon for other whit mocha ❤

Tasty as always. I order the Iced Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso.

Jadah Thomas prepared the best vanilla sweet cream cold brew I’ve ever had the pleasure of lifting to my lips. In all honesty i was gonna commit suicide today and this small yet meaningful interaction is the reason I’ll still be here.

I had the best tasting Caramel Frappuccino today that I've ever had. A sweet little girl there told me she made it. I will be back soon to tell her how good it was. Great location!

Sean is a fantastic barista. I’ve come to this location for a week and ordered the exact same coffee, and today was by far the best coffee. Thank you Sean for the wonderful craftsmanship in my coffee today ❤

Great service. Friendly atmosphere. Would recommend. Nice outdoor seating not found in most Starbucks.

This is a very memorable place for me and my Wife. A few years back, we routinely came to this Starbucks for coffee and oatmeal before classes. At some point, one of the baristas wrote on the bag, "Have a great and wonderful day" with a smiley face and a few flowers on it. It sounds like a small little thing, but it really was a very thoughtful and cute note.

I called this location and somehow ended up speaking to the manager, Carly* (spell check) is her name, she was extremely helpful and even though it wasn’t her location that messed up my drink that morning I called her and asked if I could grab something to throw in it to make it taste better on my way to work (I would have obviously paid for it) and she said “unfortunately no there’s nothing I think we could add but I will make you another one in replace of it! I would hate for you to go to work and not have your morning coffee.” You can tell she loves her job and loves what she does. I needed that boost of joy that morning and I’m so thankful that I stopped in. As for her team, I am ALWAYS greeted when I get there and when I leave. Every single one of them have a smile on there face and are ready to SERVE. In today’s world, it’s hard to find people in the service industry that really love what they do, and I appreciate this location so much. You guys rock and I look forward to seeing you guys throughout the week. Keep doing what your doing and being a light to this dark world!

I started coming here a few months ago every now and then and all the enteractions I have had with their staff have been nothing but pleasant. Today I ordered my usual drink but it was too sweet I called back and spoke with Danielle she was so helpful and accommodating. I was able to swing through later and exchange it for one with no sweetener and she upgraded the size for my trouble. Thank you Danielle & Starbucks!
