Wonderful experience getting my bike serviced at Conte’s in Cathedral Heights. Great care and great results! I interacted with multiple mechanics and all were both professional and kind. I will return here as needed for maintenance

Had issues with my gears on my ride this morning so brought my bike in. David managed to fix all the various issues in 10 minutes and had me back on the road in no time. Service at Conte's is fantastic. Been coming here for 2 years and everyone has been great.

Great team, friendly, most excellent service, and the mechanics really know their stuff. They can fix anything and give you that new bike feel every time. Totally awesome!

I bought an ebike up the road at Electricity, which is now gone. Looking to get this bike serviced, I turned to Conte's and they were great. My bike isn't a brand they sell, but Conte's were helpful and knowledgeable and got my ebike the service and updates it needed. Price seemed fair and the service was very fast. I'll be back.

Jesse and Zach are really great. I brought my bike in for a rear brake cable repair and was really pleased with the service. They clearly communicated prices/ work and went beyond the repair ticket (in a good way) to make sure there weren’t any other emerging brake problems. Would definitely recommend this location to others.

Took my gf bike here to get the bike a full annual service, which came to around 250. Staff is friendly and has a 90 day warranty on service / parts. The store is clean and well organized. We ended up wanting the alignment checked out a couple months later and the staff looked at it within minutes. A+ overall

I went there to get my daughters bike fixed and was amazed with service they gave us. They were so friendly , professional and so fast. They fixed the bike in 20 mins while we waited. My daughter rides her bike all day at home and she was so happy. We already got 2 bikes there and will be buying our bikes only there. Thank you

I had my bikes serviced twice in the last couple of weeks. Both Jesse and Zack did a great job. They were fast and explained everything in advance. They were so nice. Contes is the best!

I have been considering purchasing an ebike for months. The staff at Conte's has indulged me as I researched my options. Yesterday, however, I was helped by Ryan, the store's newest employee and he convinced me to finally pull the trigger... And I couldn't be more excited! Great shop & staff! Got a flat right after starting a ride and walked in. Staff noticed my chain and gears were out alignment and took care of it real quick too. Great experience, definitely my go to shop now

I accidentally broke the spring on my back brakes cleaning my bike and of course freaked out because I hate not having my bike. But I immediately went to Conte’s because they have always been so helpful in the past. Today was no exception. It turned out I only knocked the spring out of place. So within minutes my bike was ready to ride. Honestly I wanted to hug the service guy but I didn’t. Instead I’m writing this. Thanks Conte’s!

Great shop! Zach hooked me up with some deep e-board knowledge and repaired my Boosted Board. He was very transparent quick and very communicative. Next time I have issues with my e-bike (Super73) I’ll hit up Zach! Super friendly. I also bought this dope lock with an alarm built in. It’s also a great commute from the bustlin DC.

Conte’s bike shop on Wisconsin Ave is a great place for any bike issues. Super nice staff and quick service . I’ve bought a new bike there and had an old bike repaired there over the last few weeks and all went really well with professional and friendly service. Cheers !

Ive had great experiences both times I took my bike in. They are super friendly and have always went above and beyond to help me. Zach took care of my bike this past time and did a great job.

Came in because front derailleur was not shifting properly. Matt did a great job doing the necessary adjustment while I waited, and no charge. Everyone was friendly and helpful as well.
