Tannia is amazing, gracious, super knowledgeable and gave me superior customer service. I walked in and Tannia was the only sales person who stood up to come and speak to me. I asked some very random questions since I was worried about switching phones. Tannia was patient. She waited until I finished looking at the phones. I was not prepared to buy yet. I told her I would return in a few days. I asked her schedule and I was able to return on her day at work. She processed my new phone like a guru and O took 2 hrs of her time since I had a lot on my phone. I ended up calling her for a few questions here and there and she still answered. Some sales people barely help clients nowadays. What a positive experience with Tannia. Truly the best and she truly respects her work. I speak French and I practiced my bad Spanish!
