Horrible horrible
Staff are rude and don't care!! Contacted them several times with no response from them then finally drove over to meet somebody and the security lady was even ruder(I'm from California so I'm not used to this much rudeness) but the important thing they only work from 9-1!!! Is this really a productive government agency?!? Who do they report to? This is another mess in this messy government.

If only I can put ZERO star. The staff at thomasine is SUPER RUDE. I wish she can be replaced with someone better in customer service. I wonder who hired her. She constantly yelled at me for my questions. VERY VERY VERY poor customer service. So sad.

Never have so many incompetent people who repeatedly lose the same documents and simultaneously maintain pretentious, self-righteous attitudes remained employed. I have no idea how people who are this flamingly bad at their jobs aren’t living under a bridge somewhere begging for change. Here’s a tip: if you’re going to be rude, disorganized, and egotistical, at least be capable at something - anything!

DC dental board takes forever to process the application, can take more than 3 months so be prepared. Also, they take 6 weeks to send you license verification while other state boards only take 1-2weeks. Their staff are very rude too. Overall, it's the worst experience with them.

No response via email/call. Delayed application process. Poor customer service
