They did such a great job!! My sister and I made an appointment for mani pedis, and they were so friendly, gentle, and make 10000% sure we were happy with the results. It’s a little pricey, but I’m pretty sure it’s on par with other nail salons in town. Totally recommend!

I love this place. My daughter turned 7 years old and I had her birthday party there. They let us use a private room usually for bridal party for she and her 3 other friends. They were able to choose 3 colors for toes and fingers. At only $10 per child. We were able to decorate and bring food/cake. We had the room for 2 hours which was enough for games, snacks, and opening gifts. The place was clean and the staff was so sweet and professional. Can't wait to go back for myself.

I’ve been going here for about a year now and i absolutely love my nails every time! i’ve gotten regular dip to crazy designs and they have never disappointed! love the people there and the environment is amazing!

I will never go anywhere else for my nails. The staff is amazing! The atmosphere is lovely, and I'm always treated well. The spa is beautiful. Maya is a licensed esthetician and performs incredible facials for a very affordable price. Highly recommend.

Attended a birthday party for a friend here. It was my daughter's first time at a nail salon. The staff was very attentive to all the guests, and my daughter had a wonderful time. They made sure she got the best quality nail look possible and lots of bubbles in her bath bomb soak. Great staff. Beautiful decor.

Everyone here is so nice. Joy is my favorite technician. The pedicures are amazing & my acrylic nails are always on point. Great nail salon! Salon is very clean and pretty as well.

They were pretty busy, yet they took care of customers in an orderly fashion. Very pleased with my manicure and dip powder nails. Very gentle and did not over drill. Will be a repeat customer!

This is my favorite nail salon ever! They never disappoint. Recently I went and got a dip manicure. The design and nail shape were great but for some reason the dip started to separate from my nail and kept catching on my hair. Went back and asked if they could fix it (thinking it would be a simple fix) but instead Maya went above and beyond to redo my nails to make sure they lasted me longer! They care about their customers and have always been so sweet.

They accept walk ins. The nail technician did a really good job on my nails. Atmosphere is so relaxing as well. I will definitely be back!!

Loved coming here. Came last month and got the best pedicure I’ve ever had, hot wax and towels orange peels and sugar and honey. It was simply luxurious. They even gave me a 5% discount. I’m just sorry I’m just discovering this place now.

Joy, one of the technicians, did an AMAZING job. Such great attention to detail and she's so gentle. She really made me feel pampered and my hands and feet feel wonderful. The establishment has a great atmosphere - calm, clean and relaxing. The staff is professional. I just moved from Michigan and had tried one other nail salon. I will definitely be going back to this salon to have Joy do my mani/pedis.

Okay so I went again last minute. I should've made an appointment with her because the tech was bored, talked on the phone and was whispering to the guy next to her. Sub par.

I had a great experience! The ladies did an excellent job. With my pedicure massaging my legs for a long time. My manicurist did a great job painting my nails. She did three coats instead of two, last a long time. I’m really excited to go back! Everyone was very professional and great service!

Moved to Alabama 5 years ago. Went to SEVERAL different nail salons, and was disappointed in each one... until I went here!! The staff is very knowledgeable, kind, patient, the atmosphere is outstanding (and they just remodeled; it's beautiful!) I have Lymphedema in my legs, so I have a hard time "showing" my legs to people..it's embarrassing to me, but they make me feel "normal" and have never made me feel uncomfortable. This is the ONLY place I'll go. (& shout out to David.. he is one of the best!!!) I always leave feeling relaxed and pretty!

We were in town for a wedding and after the salon we booked appointments at 2 weeks in advance still hasn’t ready for us 30 mins last our appointment time we found this amazing salon instead. We got 3 pedicures and an acrylic fill in. They were polite and professional and highly recommend!

I absolutely love Joy! She’s just as entertaining as her high skill level! She truly enjoys what she does! Such a happy lady! Nail Boutique Spa is lucky to have her!!

After trying 4-5 other nail salons in town, I was shocked to find this jewel. Nothing fancy, but the nail techs are so sweet and friendly and the end result was absolutely flawless. I was lucky enough to get Linda when I walked in one day without an appointment and have used her ever since. She is an older woman who has been doing this a very long time and is a perfectionist when it comes to your nails. I am so happy I found her and this salon because I was giving up hope on finding a good salon in Auburn!

Okay, so I had previously left a 1 star rating for this salon, and my previous review of this place will be placed under in quotes. But, one of the managers reached out to me after my review and offered to refund my money or re-do me and my friend's gel manicures for free. They were super nice and apologetic when reaching out to me, so my friend and I decided to give them another chance. When we got there, they assured us that they do not want to disappoint us, and the two ladies who did our nails were super sweet and took their time to make sure that they did our nails well. The lady who did my nails even offered to do my eyebrows, and she did them so well! After being very disappointed with our first visit, our second visit definitely made up for it. For this, I'm changing my rating to 5 stars because I can tell that they truly care about the customer's experience. Our gel nails look great now!

"My friend and I both got gel nails, and they left a ton of space between the nail polish and the cuticle, as well as not completely covering the white tip of the nail. We both complained saying that we wanted the gap filled in, my friend complaining once and me complaining twice about it, but they said the gap had to be there so "it doesn't change color" or "won't come off", but I've been to nail salons where they've gotten super close to the top. It was unevenly applied at the top too and looks terrible. I could have done a better job myself, and it was not worth the cost. This place is not worth my time and money."

I loved my experience here SO much! I walked in on a Friday around 5:00pm and I was taken care of right away. I had acrylics taken off and my nails were looking ROUGHHHHH and my nail tech somehow transformed them into beautiful, smooth, iridescent masterpieces. She had amazing attention to detail but also was super speedy. I am so impressed. I will be back again and bring my friends! Thanks again for an awesome experience! I am so happy to be able to use my hands again lol (I had acrylics that were way too long that I had gotten done somewhere in Birmingham and I could barely function with them). Oh yeah--they also actually disinfected the counters in between customers which I really appreciated. I know a lot of places cut corners and are kind of gross.
