Store displays was nice and the ladies was very friendly and professional.

Tiffany at the Auburn branch is great!!! She is very polite and informative about the different items sold. She is very helpful and patient and she make sure you are satisfied from the beginning of the proposed sale to the very end. She is not pushy her customer service skills is great. She takes her time to explain your payments and due dates actually. Even when you talk to her on phone she never rush through the conversation and even while on the phone she polite and professional. Thank you so much Ms. Tiffany!!!

Such an easy experience from the time I walked in the door until I left an hour later! Joanna (sales lady) was BEYOND helpful! She was kind, very knowledgeable of the products, she wasn't pushy.. I will DEFINETLY be returning to this store and purchasing more furniture/items for my home and I'll definitely Miss Joanna helping me again! I stopped by Badcock in search of upgrading some furniture appliances in my home. James and Kayla were very attentive to my needs and ensured I was happy with my purchases. They even provided a follow up call after my purchase to see how everything was going! These two made me feel as if I was a family member they were helping and not a customer. Customer service here is always above and beyond. I will be returning in the future for more purchases and will recommending my family/friends to this facility as well.

Always great service in store! My first online purchase but it was easy and seamless. This is only my second purchase but the items that I already own are great quality. The online payment option has been extremely convenient for me as well!

I came in to purchase a recliner at 5:40pm on a Monday right before the store was to close at 6pm. Both of the sales associates i spoke with were extremely accommodating considering the store was about to close. After selecting a chair i liked and working through the financing options Ms. Cynthia let me know that that particular chair was not available until 4-6 weeks from the date. Not being happy with the wait, Ms. Cynthia told me she would speak with the manager about being able to sell me the recliner on the showroom floor. Promptly, the next morning, Ms. Cynthia called me and let me know they were able to sell me the floor model. Ms. Cynthia and the other associates were very helpful every step of the process! Very happy to do business with Badcock! Great quality chair, great price, great service!

The staff is great ,the store is clean and when you walk in they come directly to you to help in anyway. I love their furniture cause it is sturdy and not over priced. They have great sales on their furniture. You can’t go wrong when you purchase from Badcock Furniture.I’m happy with both of my bedroom suites that I purchased from them .

Friendly staff!!! Great selection!!! The whole process is quick and easy... I literally walked in picked out my items was approved in less than 30 minutes and they delivered my items the same week. Making payments was easy and since then I've paid off my items and when I need something else I'll be returning to Badcock.

This is THE BEST furniture store in Opelika! Very friendly and the staff genuinely seem concerned about your wants/needs and want to sell to you unlike the Farmer store right down the road. I LOVE Badcock and HIGHLY RECOMMEND this store!

Sometimes the attitudes aren't that great but for the most part they are and they gave me enough of a credit line to get what I needed when another store wouldn't, so they always get good Mark's in my book.
