This is a very down home friendly place.The postal workers are very helpful and curtious.They always have time to help you with questions you may have and make you feel welcomed.They also may chat about the weather or just go out of their way to be friendly.Very nice place for all your postal needs.

Up until recently we have had great service with the Same, Alabama post office. However recently there has been a couple issues. For instance today we were expecting a package to be delivered by them for my birthday. The tracking number stated it was out for delivery. We were home all day expecting it, but at 630 pm we received a message stating they attempted delivery at 8:00 pm. We were home all day and never saw or heard the postman once. How can they have it out for delivery and then state that they attempted delivery when we never saw them all day, and how can they state they attempted delivery an hour and a half in the future?

The customer service inside is great but there delivery person is a joke, There's been numerous times they never deliver our mail or say they left a notice for our packages we never see the notice and our home during the day.

Absolutely trash. They can never deliver my packages to my door so I always have to pick them up. Said they didn’t close for another 5 mins for lunch and the doors were locked. If you can’t deliver my packages to my house even though I pay for shipping the least you can do is keep the doors open!
