They got to my house promptly, worked efficiently, and now I’m not experiencing any of the issues with my heat that I previously experienced. I have nothing but great words to say about airtech heating and cooling! We have a barbecue business and needless to say the smoker gets pretty hot. We had a mini split installed in our trailer and whether it's the heat of the summer or the cold of the winter. That trailer stays comfortable all year long. Had my compressor go out on a 2 year old system. The technicians that came out in the initial call were very responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable. They diagnosed it and gave very good advice. They were able to find the warranty and get that aspect squared away without me having to try and do it. Very good installation if the new parts installed. Highly recommend.

We had a freon leak in our walk-in freezer at our restaurant. It was almost after hours and I had called everyone we usually used. I use Airtech for my own personal use at my house. They have always gone above and beyond of my expectations. They are professional, personable, and experienced. So, I gave them a call. They were there past 9:30pm to make sure everything was working correctly. They cared about our business and that means a lot. The techs were amazing and extremely professional.
