Not secure. Our car was broken into within 2 weeks of starting to park here. It's not a super fancy car, and nothing valuable was visible through the windows. Convenient and seems fine during the day but overnight is a risk.

The breaking into cars, the STOLEN CARS, happens regularly here and they. Do. NOTHING. Hired a security guard that drives thru maybe twice a day in the daylight, does nothing to actually stop anything from happening. Residents and shoppers should be allowed SOME level of security, if not what are we paying you for?

Do not use, do not trust. You are better off parking on the street.

Worst parking in all the DC area. If you want to get robbed or have a window broken go and park there.

The entrance gate to the garage has been unusable since December and cars are constantly being either vandalized or broken into. Nobody in management seems to care or take responsibility. Run away from this place, pay a little more and stay safe!

Absolutely awful experience. My car was broken into twice since January 2023 while parking here due to a broken gate that remained open 24 hours a day for months. Terrible customer service that did not follow up with me at all after I filed claims both times. Do not park here.

My locked car was stolen from this "secure lot," and then I was blamed by employees who initially insisted maybe I just lost my car. Not safe. Avoid.
