Niffer's Place Auburn

Had to run an errand in Auburn and decided to try this little gem! We went at a slow time just after 3pm but it was perfect because after eating here we know this place is probably packed during normal lunch and dinner times. The atmosphere is great, very clean. The staff was so friendly and our waiter Eric was a goofball just like us so it was great. My husband and I both got the orange and blue burger, I got Cajun fries and he ordered sweet potato fries, and we shared some fried pickles. Burgers were juicy and flavorful. Both fries were hot and tasty. We really liked the fried pickles and their homemade ranch was done well. We will be back for sure.

We are diehard Niffer's fans, love them every time! While being a bit late on this review I wanted to give a shout out to their staff for the fabulous Thanksgiving meal we purchased from them in November. Due to family emergency I was not able to cook our dinner and the order we received was OUTSTANDING! Every morsel was perfect! Thank you Niffer's, we thoroughly enjoyed every bite!

It was great! Burgers had great flavor, were juicy and had a good char. High quality ingredients for sure. Our server was very sweet and attentive, overall a great experience. I highly reccomend the cheese bites.

We were in town for a swim meet and we decided to have dinner here and it was great! The food was really good, all plates were cleaned! The beer was fantastic as well. Yes they are cans but they serve them with a chilled glass and it was fine. I had two different beers and both were really good. The atmosphere was relaxed, the patio was perfect

Anytime I’m in the Promised Land (Auburn) or Lake Martin, Niffer’s is a must. The potato chips with Mexicali are the first thing ordered. Niffer’s mastered the art of wings as they are crispy and sauced to perfection. And the burgers are some of the best anywhere. Niffer’s is As mischief Auburn as the university.

Was in town for a mountain bike race. Friends recommended Niffer's for my son and I. Easy to find, super fast service and friendly staff made us feel at home. Burgers were perfect.

The best! There is a reason this place is always packed full and has great reviews. The drinks are cheap and cold and the food is phenomenal. Loved every moment of my experience. Great menu options and nothing was a miss. Even got some killer fried pickles to go. I’ll be back again and again!

This was my first time. My wife went to Auburn and talks frequently of Niffers. It came highly recommended by friends too. I had the Rancher and it was fantastic. Fun atmosphere and family friendly. You MUST have the corn nuggets! Our son lives here now and we’ll be back soon.

Drove up from the coast and stopped here on the way to Callaway Gardens. There was obviously a wait at 7pm on a Friday night, but bar seating was quickly available. Our burger and corn nuggets (highly recommend) came out before we'd fished our 1st drinks. Everything was great, cool venue, high energy vibes. The bartenders were fast, attentive, and kind. For a busy weekend night we were in and out in an hour and left completely satisfied. 🥂

The staff is so sweet and attentive! The food was amazing as well! It was a great place to stop along my commute! My favorite is there was vegetarian options.

My favorite burger joint in Auburn, I make sure to stop by when I'm passing though. My favorites are the orange and bleu and the black and bleu burger, but they're all excellent. I can think of one burger that's better that I've had in my entire life. The pictures don't do it justice, it's excellent and inexpensive.

This is a great local restaurant for Auburn! Even though the name sounds like it is an Italian restaurant, it is a burger joint. The parking is very cramped, and the seating is limited, so keep that in mind when wanting to make a trip. Good food, not too expensive, and a great place to go eith friends. Highly recommend

Niffer’s is the best restaurant in Auburn!The food is is unbelievably good and the service is excellent. We couldn’t have asked for a better lunch on game day. A long line but seated in less than 10 minutes. Highly recommend.

We have been visiting Niffer's from the start nearly 30 years ago, and it has always been a great experience! The burgers are amazing, and love the corn nuggets!

Parking lot was packed, so you can expect a wait. However, the food and service were great. We were told that it would be an hour wait and was more like 45 mins. We will go back again if the opportunity comes. We were in town for a wedding.

What a terrific local restaurant! Eclectic and welcoming vibe, very friendly staff, great menu of awesome offerings. Came here after a visit to Auburn University, and glad we did!

Super fun place, delicious food and AMAZING wait staff! THUMBS UP!! The tender chicken fajita salad is delicious and the homemade potato chips are like my mom made when I was a kid. We really enjoyed the classic rock that played in the background while we ate and we had a five star server, Rex. He was friendly and was very knowledgeable on all the menu items. He was at the table to check on us and fill our waters and ice teas often but didn't hover. Niffers is a restaurant where you can always count on a great meal at an affordable price.
