Exceptional care. The staff at Preferred Medical Group always makes me feel comfortable and well-cared for.

Have been using this practice for 5 months. As an senior with multiple health issues I am greatly pleased with the medical care I am receiving. Friendly staff, professional, NO overbooking, efficient medical practice. I would highly recommended them to any adult seeking a physician. Positive feature is children have a separate waiting room.

Had a excellent visit with my husband . All our questions and concerns were addressed and answered. Left feeling encouraged and very satisfied. Stress free environment.

This office in Opelika is smaller than the one in Phenix City but the staff is really friendly and things move faster as there are less patients. It is a relief to not have to sit in your car and wait in the heat then when you finally get called wait forever in the room for a doctor. Here they do the vitals then move you right in a room. About 5 minutes later in came Jonathan. Both of us were there to see Jonathan so he got right to work and took care of us and got all of our concerns taken care of. PJonathan Gallinger is very thorough which is more than we can say about Dr Cardi at Phenix City.

I have a 20 year old Autistic son and they are fabulous with him! He gets very nervous when he comes to the doctor and they talk with him and laugh with him and listen about all the America's funniest videos and stunt car drivers. Tonya and SeKeita are wonderful with him! Thank you for being so caring and loving to my son.

CRNP. Clausell is the best! She truly cares about her patients and is so kind, I wish all doctors could be like her! I highly recommend her and proffered medical group. The nurse there is also very kind. It's a joy to be a patient of theirs!

Sekeitha Janet and Tonya are God sent ladies. No matter how sick you feel when you walk in you always walk out with a smile. Sekeitha really cares about her patients she goes out her way to just call and check on you after you have been seen.

Been coming here since 2019 front desk lady is good going and i give Crystal Crowder a big 👍☝ for being a great doctor and much respect to all of them for taking the bull💩 they do.

I love Prefrrred Medical Group the Opelika office the staff and Dr.s are so awesome I usually never have to wait past my appointment time before they call me back. I live in Waverly and do the drive because I love the staff and Dr.s.

Everyone there treats you with respect the receptionist is amazing for as busy as they are always welcomes you and answers all questions u feel like you have known her a long time she works at both offices I think her name is dee overall the doctor and nurses are awesome

Even though the nurse was busy helping other patients, she was able to take time to send two different referrals for me so I could quickly be seen by a specialist and get the relief from the great pain I was experiencing!

Sekeita Claussell and all the ladies up front are the best. They ask how I have every time I come in. They do everything they can to look out for my best interest and really listen to my concerns!!
