Kinsey and her team are great, my family is moving to Belleville from California and were unable to actively attend showings. Kinsey was able to attend every showing and record footage for us to get a really good feel of the home, this is very important for a family coming from out of state. When the process of selling my first home began, and I was uncertain at every turn, the guidance and insight of the Avenue realty team offered reassurance when it was most welcome. Cole was amazing. We looked for a house for 4 months and he worked his butt off. He showed us house after house, put in contracts when the sellers wanted them at 10pm, got denied contract after denied contract, and a bad inspection. Cole stuck through it with us and kept our spirits high so we didn't give up. He also helped my mother in law who only speaks Spanish, and I was able to translate for them. He was so patient and kind to her as well. I am so glad I met him at an open house and took a chance to have him as our realtor. It is hard to trust people nowadays because sometimes all they want is money, but that's not what you'll get from Cole. I highly recommend him!!! I now have a great realtor I can trust as well as a good friend. 🩷
