First of all, they have two vegetarian options! A Beyond burger OR a veggie burger. This is amazing. Offering more than one vegetarian option! Only criticism is it would be ideal if they offered a vegan cheese option.
I got the veggie burger and plain fries. Both were delicious. I will definitely be coming back.

Great burgers and fresh fries. Kids menu. Lots of room in location and a number of tv's showing various shows/football games.

The vegan beyond burger was great! I devoured it quickly. The fries were nice and crisp and the staff was pretty friendly. My only small complaint is the chairs are a bit uncomfortable. They are a little pricey but you get excellent quality, everything tasted very fresh and nice. It's nice to see a restuarant with so many veggie options and devoted to healthy, better eating :)

The burgers were pretty good.
The onion rings were great, especially when dipped in their good ranch.
The shakes were the best!!!

Cashier was extremely nice, made me feel welcome and he made the overall experience more pleasant. He went above and beyond in the way he treated the customers

If you like the real deal, meaning hand cut fries, then this place is for you. I’ve tried buying fries in many locations and nothing has gone quite close yet. They have a variety of burgers too, and a desert section. The place itself is great for game days or family brunch.

Our burgers were delicious! The beef was fresh and served hot. The buns were also very fresh. We also ordered onion rings and french fries - both were awesome! The servings of everything were generous. If you go, be sure to take a hearty appetite!

First time visiting this place and was not disappointed.

Perfect experience at my AU BurgerFi!
The team did a fantastic job greeting me and helping select the right meal for tonight.
I was a lil conflicted, so why not get that burger right? It was outstanding... super hot and seasoned just right! My onion rings were the 100% yummy!

Really good chain burger joint. The veggie burger is really good(you gotta try it) and the fries were perfect. Friendly staff (corey & lady working counter)and great concretes

Stopped in on a whim. Left a new woman... I hate fries - weird quirk of mine but I've come to accept it. But BurgerFi fries...? Best crisp/taste combo. Burgers tasted home made on football Sunday. I'm sold... Come to Columbus. Unless you're franchised. Then let me bring you to Columbus...

I mean, yes. Prices here are high. But service has always been great. I like the hotdogs and fries. Ive had a burger, but never been a huge burger person. So I tend to go for the other choices. But they do have onion rings you could wear as bracelets those things are huge.

But you really just can't beat the service. Had a gentleman go above and beyond last time. Me and my friend got Sushi, and then they got drinks and fries from here. It was a good day outside so we sat outside. He asked if everything was alright. Then even offered to get my service dog some water. We hadn't gone in, not sure if he shall the vest or anything. He was under the table. But was really kind gesture that he even thought of what he might need.

This was my second time eating at Burgerfi, my first was in Miami, Florida but I can say just one was just as great.

Forgot to bring my card and realized as I was about to pay. Tried to work Apple Pay, but they apparently do not accept it. However, the manager was super understanding and friendly, and when I couldn’t pull my card info from my phone, he paid my bill! Definitely coming here again, the food is great and as aforementioned, the service is great as well!

Great burgers with hand cut french fries and huge onion rings...also has an impressive beer selection!

This place has incredible food. Incredible quality. And it feels like I could relax when I come in because they are going to make sure I leave happy. Paige is also the best! She makes sure I know what I'm getting with my order and checks to make sure everything is how it should be! Great job, Paige! Keep up the great work!

Not only was the manager amazing and speedy with getting our order but the cashier mrs. Hannah was absolutely impeccable to most I've been around since moving to auburn. I have a service dog and 9/10 times I go to a restaurant I get served as if I'm not a member of the community. I have been to multiple restaurants where they are simply rude and and push me aside do to my service dog. This was the absolute best service I have had in a long time. Shout out to Hannah for being absolutely amazing keep it up and I'm definitely going to be a regular now.

I’ve only been here once but I really enjoyed my experience here. The service was quick, employees were kind, food was good, and prices were reasonable. I’m not a huge fan of burgers but I got their chicken fingers and fries and was very impressed! I definitely plan on going back!
