Fantastic! Close to shopping and I-85, yet a peaceful, quiet, safe, and well maintained place to call home. Jeni , Century Park manager, treats me like family and made my move so easy! The maintenance crew are top notch and friendly.
I absolutely adore the apartment! Large windows, lots of counter space in the kitchen, and generously sized rooms are perfect. The layout is so open and inviting. The pool is sparkling and clean.
Century Park is my recommendation for your next place to call home!

Apartment complex and community was very wonderful. I never had a problem living there for the 2 years I was there. We are a military family with a medium size dog and we loved the community. Very nice neighbors and the apartments were always very clean and up to date. The size of the apartment was well accommodated for our family and exactly what we needed. Rarely had any problems and when we did maintenance came fast to fix our problem this was with the old management i should mention but I still very much enjoyed it there. I also had several military friend who lived in the complex so they are military friendly as well.

We moved in a month before the new management took over and our experience here was amazing! When we had any concerns, they were so quick to respond and take care of us. They also cleaned up the complex nicely. When we moved in the paint on the balconies was peeling and they hired people to repaint every building. They have someone out during the week picking up any trash there may be in the parking lots. They repainted and repaired the lights in the parking lot, which at least ten lights weren’t working.

As far as the apartments themselves go, we had no complaints. The apartment complex is very quiet. The vaulted ceilings and large closets can’t be beat in the area. We lived in an apartment facing the road and there was always so much natural light coming into the apartment and beautiful sunsets to watch on the balcony.

The small size of the complex and the courtyards at every building were the first selling point for me when looking for a new place to live, but our experience was above anything I had anticipated. I highly recommend Century Park if you’re looking for a place to make your home. I wish we hadn’t moved out of state because we would have stayed here longer and enjoyed more of the improvements we know they’re going to make.

Under new management and these people couldn’t be nicer! Very responsive to questions and anything you need!
Highly recommend these apartments!
These apartments are very spacious and in a great location! You are less than 5 minutes from shopping and eating out. Tiger Town is one way, the hospital the other.
Very quiet, which is a plus since I am a night nurse and sleep during the day!
Love the layout of the apartment! Very bright and open kitchen and living area. Huge closets!

Absolutely LOVE Ms. Briana & Ms. Jenny! They’re the absolute sweetest. Whenever we encounter a problem, they’re always just a phone call away with great service. Great managers!

This is going to be long, but trust me, if you're thinking about renting here you'll want to read this firsthand account.
First of all let me begin by saying that the spaces themselves in these apartments are actually quite nice. High ceilings, nice porches/balconies, decent kitchen space for an apartment. So when my husband and I first signed our (year-long) lease we were pretty excited about finding one of the nicer apartment buildings in town.

Oh how deluded we were.

We lived in the downstairs unit of a two story building, and we knew there was going to be trouble when new upstairs neighbors moved in about 3 months after we did. The ceilings proved to be immensely thin, and that combined with the fact that the unit above us had hardwood floors throughout allowed immense amounts of sound to bleed into our daily lives. The people above us had a 4 year old child who ran, jumped, played basketball, and screamed day and night. Now, I understand that a kid needs to let out some energy, and we did our best to be forgiving, even when our ceilings were shaking, but at Christmas time they bought the kid a drum set. Yes that's right, a DRUM SET. In an upstairs apartment! Not two weeks later they came home with a puppy. It was absolute hell to live under. All day long starting before 7 am with the dog barking and shaking his crate (right over our bedroom) and the kid banging on the drum set, which literally shook our entire apartment, I might add, and all manner of absurd noises. (If you still decide to rent an apartment here I HIGHLY recommend an upstairs unit!) We asked them several times to be more considerate, but when that didn't work I called management. Which brings me to another reason to never rent from these people - they drop off the face of the earth for months at a time. This is not a joke. The landlord, maintenance, or even just an office worker were next to impossible to talk to. I called at least 4 times about the drum set, and finally a week later my call was returned with the answer that "there was nothing they could do, I would have to file a noise complaint with the police." And according to this incompetent person it would take 3 separate complaints before they could take action. Which is the most ridiculous thing I'd ever heard but what could I do? I called multiple times again and was never called back. (THE DAY WE MOVED OUT was the first time I'd seen our landlady since we signed the lease, and that was for the walk-through during which I mentioned our issues with our upstairs neighbors. She sounded quite surprised and said she had no idea that I had called so many times.)

The final straw came when my husband and I had found a new place to live (obviously we would not be renewing our lease) but there were two weeks to spare between the time our lease was up at Century Park and when we were able to move into our new place. We requested a two-week extension and we would pay half a month's rent, but when we finally got a response - two weeks after we asked - we were told they would let us stay but only for a full month's rent, plus 15%.

I could go on about the fiasco of getting our security deposit back (after leaving the place spic and span), but I won't. I will only caution you strongly against renting from these people unless you don't care to ever get ahold of your landlord, be treated unfairly when you do, live with God-knows what kind of neighbors, and pay an arm and a leg for it all. If a nice space is all you care about and you truly don't care about the rest, then by all means go move into our apartment. It's probably still empty.

Management is absolutely horrible. Do not waste your breath. They refuse to call you back or contact you in any way shape or form (we attempted for over 3 months after moving out). Don’t expect to get your security deposit back because regardless if you leave the apartment looking better than when you moved in they will state you “left it in a state of disrepair” and refuse to give you your security deposit. Extremely unprofessional.

The apartments are very nice.I enjoyed staying here.Hardwood floors are a plus.Washer and dryers in unit,in all was a great place to live.I only had one problem when I move out the landlord was very rude.I call her twice and she hung the phone up in my face and said do not call me any more.I had to pay a deposit of 1460.00 to move in with first month rent. When I move out I clean the apartment up very nice.I clean the stove the kitchen bathroom everything was very clean.Did my walk threw and all was said was nail holes, and we would have to take the ADT system out, other then that everything looks good.It was a spot on the wall from where my couch was against it and he said that was like wear and tear. The landlord sent me a check for 560 dollars.Charging me for clean up painting the apartment damages that was not there doing the walk threw. But I'm going to small court claim.Because they should not be able to just take your money cause they are the landlord. She sent me no receipts of anything. And my husband knows the guy who do their painting and touch ups in empty apartments. And he said we never paint the whole apartments all we do is touch up.So yes I went and took pictures and the apartment was not painted over all they did was touch ups and filled the nails holes in.
