Best Western Plus Glenview-Chicagoland Inn & Suites

We did the park, sleep and fly with this hotel and it worked out perfectly. The employees were all friendly and helpful. The room was very nice. Roomy and clean with a very comfortable bed. The rate was super reasonable for the three weeks that we were away. The shuttles to and from the airport were timely and efficient. Easy all around. We will definitely be using this hotel in the future for our trips.

This was the perfect place for a morning flight out of O'hare. At a time where staffing has become such an issue, i have to say that the guy who checked me in was one of the friendliest, most informative front desk managers I've met. Our accessible room was perfect. Comfortable bed , very clean, and quiet. I'd called a week ahead to be sure the room was available and I believe the lady I talked to assigned it, right then. The shuttle was ready for us at the designated time, about 10 minutes to the airport and we really enjoyed chatting with the driver. There were a lot of dining options within walking distance. We will try to always stay here when we fly! Thank you!

I stayed here when my flight was canceled. Other than a long wait for the shuttle (inevitable given the number of people waiting for the shuttle) the experience was great. The hotel staff stayed calm under the pressure of so many people checking in so late. The room was very nice, and I was able to catch some breakfast in the morning before my shuttle back to the airport. Great experience all around.

I traveled with my daughter's hockey team and of all the different chains I have experienced, this was the best hotel that offered the best value. Not only were the services amazing, the staff were all friendly and helpful, but also the breakfast items were really fresh and delicious. The hotel manager responded very promptly and courteously to my inquiries. When we stayed here, everything was newly renovated and clean. Highly recommend for a group hotel stay!

Airline provided vouchers as they had our flight delayed. I was skeptical ant first about the place and then surprised by their accommodation. From first call to verified shuttle service agent was very friendly and professional, shuttle service was great and professional. When arriving to location everything was super smooth, fast and easy, their location is super spotless clean, room, bedding is super comfortable and accommodating. Definitely will recommend and consider coming back.

Stayed there with the family because was having some work done at home. The staff was very professional and acknowledged you every time you passed them. Breakfast was good and plenty choices. Rooms were nice and clean. The only thing was a little road noise but once I was asleep I wasn't woken up by any road noise.

My boyfriend and I went to Chicago for a concert so we needed a place to stay and we chose to stay here at the Best Western in Glenview- Chicagoland. Our stay was really nice. The service was amazing, and they made sure we had everything we needed. Our room was really nice and we really loved our king-size bed and for it being next to a freeway we didn't hear much noise at all. Slept really well. Our room was really clean as well.

We will definitely stay there again when we come back to Chicago.

We used the option to sleep and then park while on a flight from O’Hare. Our room was great, and the driver got up to get us to the airport for a 6am flight. Everything we needed, and a super nice staff!

We were over there for the marriage function in November 2023. Great location, really pleasant and extremely clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a awesome place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. Along with that the breakfast was superb.I would definitely recommend this place to stay.
