Wonderful front desk experience with Josh! He made sure all of our requests were made. The suite was very homey and clean. Sadly no free breakfast at this location.

This location is great. Gym and pool are nice, rooms are clean, staff was amazing and extremely friendly. Such nice people. Only writing the review because the Indian night staff member Dwayne was such a nasty and threatening person and made me feel so unwelcome even after I’ve been staying here multiple nights. I’m extremely disappointed by his behavior and hope management will take note. The rest of the employees are the nicest and best I could’ve asked for. Thanks for the overall great stay.

I highly recommend this place! A bit more than I wanted to pay but was worth to feel safe, have clean place and friendly, accommodating staff. They have a Starbucks in the lobby and breakfast is a la carte. I didn't eat there or try Starbucks. I did try the pool - it was very clean-looking. The pool room was 75 degrees according to the thermostat but the water was much cooler - uncomfortably so for me. I just wanted to relax in the water but didn't enjoy the temp. Perhaps others do like it that way...so more of a personal preference. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had! Highly recommend.

Nice clean hotel. The staff is 5+. We didn’t expect to stay in Chicago but due to flight issues we are here for 2 days. Highly recommend this hotel. Area has a lot of restaurants too.

Lovely staff and great service in a spacious, contemporary hotel for a good price. The lobby has a place for both meals and cocktails, and the courtyard is great for enjoying the outdoors when the weather permits. The rooms are cozy and have a good layout. Whenever an inconvenience would be made, the staff would go above and beyond to make you feel cared for and well served. Absolutely recommend.

Service- Specifically the lower staff is amazing, while the Manager can use some blessing. Maybe laying hands on. Seems as if she's knew and rude also. Wendy, Dunkin Donuts across the street. As well as Gas stations, grocery stores and plentiful places to eat within 15 yards of the hotel. Food variety is American and Eastern Asian cuisine.

The ambiance was lovely, the Courtyard's landscaping is well maintained (during the summer, the manure smell was a bit strong but was addressed), the room was clean, quiet and cozy. Any issue or question I had was promptly answered and/or resolved! The staff was EXTREMELY friendly and courteous, from Management to Maintenance. The continental breakfast was a bit sub-par (due to the pandemic there were limited options) but there were LOADS of great restaurants within walking distance. My husband and I loved our stay so much that we booked another stay immediately after we checked out. Our rate was discounted due to our gracious check-out host! You also get perks as a Bonvoy Member, which I highly recommend you join before you book.
Update- I'm a regular now, my husband and I have frequented here for the past 8 months or so and I have enjoyed my visits. Still highly recommended.

Great hotel for in town family hosting as they came in for funeral. Staff at front desk and room cleaning are very friendly and try their best to help in whatever they can. The location is on a corner of three main streets so kind of odd in getting in and out of parking lot. Otherwise, highly recommend this facility!

Loved the black out curtains!!! It was a cool surprise to have a balcony. Shower was actually able to get and stay hot. Bed was comfortable and loved how many pillows came on it. Staff was friendly. Very good experience!

I visit this courtyard due to work but I prefer this one over any other hotel in the area. The staff make an effort to remember me. The rooms are always in good shape and turned down with an attention to detail. The breakfast is wonderful even if they changed their menu a bit. The morning staff is awesome and I like catching up with them. The evening bistro is worth checking out too. Their bar is good and their drinks made with care. I love the Mediterranean salad with chicken and quinoa. It's just what the weary traveler needs and it's healthy. The pool is often in use and their laundry and workout facilities are kept nice and clean.

Very nice! The room was very nice especially for the price, the staff was great. I had a couple of things that I thought could be better - one of the doors outside had a broken card reader so I had to go a little further to come and go, but not a huge deal. The toilets were not commercial - they flushed like a house, and weak at that. There is no bath tub, only a shower, if that matters to you. However, the bed and room was very comfortable, there was plenty of availability on snacks and beverages, a bar, coffee house, etc. There's also a 4 legged black and white partrolman outside (a skunk) so be careful!

We had our wedding celebration close to this hotel, so we needed a room. It is a lovely place to stay. We had a very clean and cozy room. It felt like home. Two ladies at reception were so helpful, sweet , and kind.
Will definitely recommend to a friend.

We enjoyed our stay. The lobby has a Starbucks and a small convenience store. There's plenty of cozy places to read and rest. There's study desks with computers available. There's a courtyard that's well maintained. The rooms were clean and the furnishings were excellent. The beds were comfy. There's a balcony for each room as far as I could tell. I've never stayed at a better hotel.

I’ve stayed here quite a few times for work, and the ladies at the front desk are always kind and willing to help make my stay as enjoyable as possible. Having stayed at a lot of Courtyard properties, I’ve only ever had one breakfast item that wasn’t quite my cup of tea, and Tina S. at the Bistro was really nice and immediately offered me a replacement item to make up for it. From the nice staff to the good number of food choices within walking distance, I’m glad that my company has chosen this hotel for us to stay in whenever our employees are in town!

I judge a hotel by the quality of the staff and the comfort of the bed. Danielle (at the front desk) is professional, friendly, and helpful beyond expectations. She was helpful to me before I was a guest and even moreso when I was on site. She and Edgar are assets to the hotel and the entire company. I hope they are rewarded for their exceptional service.

The staff here is amazing. From the front desk, to maintenance, and housekeeping, they are above and beyond welcoming. They are always so courteous, respectful, professional and go above our expectations. We loved our stay here and will always happily come stay here again.
