Hilton Chicago/Northbrook

This is a very nice hotel , the rooms are very nice, bed is so comfortable. The only thing I don't like is how they try to hold on to your incidental fees instead of giving them back right away. The Mexican manager and other girl at the desk need to listen when a customer tells them something they have had happen to them at the hotel. And stop putting there input in about there life. THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT!!!

The hotel was beautiful, much larger than I expected. The room was clean as well as the pool area. The restaurant server Esteban was by far my favorite person interaction he provided great customer service and the food was tasty.

Rooms were clean and staff was welcoming. Food was decent for hotel. Loved my stay here.

Always happy when I stay here. The attached restaurant, Allgauers has a deep history and delicious food. I want to congratulate the front desk and Will from the bar for their great service. Clean, and affordable this hotel has it all (thank you) JESENIA BAHENA

Excellent hotel within the traditional Hilton portfolio. I am not sure if this is a corporate owned/managed property but it is spotless, very well kept up, the property itself is an older classic Hilton design however very well maintained, very clean and comfortable. Parking is plenty and easy, the front desk staff is courteous and the rooms are large, with beautiful bathrooms and a full wet bar, including a well working fridge, something that is often missing nowadays in most properties. I travel extensively and can therefore compare properties very well, this Hilton lived up to all standards and has become my favorite property in the Chicago suburbs!

This hotel is really nice. I initially spoke with Ema on the phone. She was very courteous and setup my reservation perfectly. When I arrived at the hotel, I met with Flor. She was more than accommodating for my stay. The security guard even brought me a luggage cart to the back door. I highly recommend staying at this hotel. It’s super clean and very comfortable. This is a perfect place to stay for your next trip!

We had a fantastic stay. Check in was super easy and the employees were personable and made us feel right at home. Hotel was very clean, and beds were very comfortable. Quiet even though there were numerous events taking place in the hotel. Bathroom was a bit small and mini fridge was missing a shelf but nothing that detracted from our stay. Pool area was clean and pool, hot tub and sauna were all wonderful. Did not eat in the attached restaurant for breakfast as I find 16.99 a person even for children a little pricey. Within a five minute drive to restaurants in the area. Not many options within walking distance. Overall a fantastic experience and we will definitely be returning.

Really amazing hotel! Service is a 4 because first of all, breakfast was $22 per person and second of all, near the evening there was only one lady doing room maintenance and she was struggling to get everyone’s needs met because the was the only one. The hotel should really make sure that doesn’t happen so that their employee/s aren’t overworked. But besides that everything was perfect. the pool is clean, jacuzzi is really nice and warm, sauna works amazingly, and the shower is really helpful in the pool area to rinse off. Was also bilingual spanish as many of the employees we came across also spoke spanish.

Very nice hotel for a couples stay during an extended Valentine's weekend. Looks like 1970s business architecture, but the inside is quite nicely decorated, and rooms were very nicely appointed. It was not very busy, and the prices were excellent and worth the upgrade to the Executive floor with whirlpool baths. Staff was friendly. The interior floorplan layout seemed a bit odd and which door is really the main entrance is confusing given this is also a conference center. The entrance needs better signage and marking.

This is my favorite hotel of all time. I love each and every aspect of this Hilton. The front desk staff are always friendly, professional, and very accommodating. The bellman and drivers are extremely friendly and helpful and get you where you need to go. The restaurant and bar are both fabulous. Food is incredible and the dining staff are extremely knowledgeable about the menu, wines, etc. you can tell they have a gourmet chef. The rooms are exceptionally clean, the beds are the perfect balance of not too soft not too firm. Housekeeping does an impeccable job and are eager to meet any needs you may have. I simply love this Hilton property and will always be back whenever I’m in town.

My rating is 5 stars but this isn't a 5 star property. It means that this property did all the necessary things in a hotel stay correctly. Room was very clean! The overall property was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The room A/C was quiet, much more quiet than other recent hotels that I have stayed. I can't fault this property for anything. I needed a convenient property that was reasonably priced. This Hilton filled that need.

Great hotel with great food and spacious rooms. Pool, sauna and hot tub water all very clean. Several rooms are available to have a wedding reception or small convention. Restaurant has a great buffet for breakfast on the weekend.

Better than I expected. Worth the price. Comes with breakfast from the next door restaurant. COMFORTABLE bedding. Nice hideaways to walk pets and even fish. Lovely amendments. The cleaning is not invasion, they are very thorough. Spacious rooms. Well kept facilities. Helpful staff. Love all of the parking and extra rooms. Great for families, very safe. Unassuming. Surpassed my expectations. I have been spoiled, I don't think I'll be able to go back to another "budget friendly," hotel after. The price difference is not all that much considering it feels like a vacation stay just being here.

Rooms were very clean, carpet in the room was spotless. The room was quiet and I could not hear any other patrons. The whirlpool had one broken nozzle.

This was the best hotel I have stayed at near the airport. Just 15-20 minutes away from hopping on your plane! Nice lounge areas in the lobby, delicious restaurant food and drinks and attentive staff. The room and bathroom were both spacious, had a fridge and microwave supplied upon request no charge and you can even ask for a robe! Robes are my thing. I heard the gym and pool w/jacuzzi are nice, but didn't get a chance to stop by. I won't take a star off for this, but if you don't want light coming through the window/curtain at night don't get a room facing an adjacent rooftop as lights shoot up from that. Very pleasant stay will book again!

The Hilton was an extremely nice hotel. The staff was super nice and helpful, if I had any questions they would answer them for me . The pool area was nice as well. Very quiet, I felt comfortable and safe. Very clean as well!
