Very accommodating the hotel to a bunch of us in on vouchers after we missed a connection. It was further than some of the other hotels but I was grateful for the friendly front desk service and for the clean hotel and a warm bed! Thank you for making a rough return home just a bit better

Big hotel and was a nice room, almost got lost trying to find the elevator was so far away from the lobby. A bit upscale with nice staff. Bar food was good

This is a nice spot to stay. It is an older hotel., well the tub was but so what the shower was amazing!!!!!The breakfast was great! I have not been to a hotel that serves you breakfast like at a restaurant. Usually, you serve yourself with limited options. Not here, there are multiple choices. Breakfast did cost a few extra dollars, but it was worth it! The pool was nice! I did not get to visit the bar but how nice to have a bar that also serves hot meal items right in the hotel!!!! Close to highway, good food choices and about 25 minutes from downtown- in good traffic. The staff are accommodating and made sure our stay was a great experience. We will be staying here again and soon!! Thank you all for our enjoyable stay.

First time here and definitely will come back. You will definitely need a car to move around.
The customer service is great, the front desk ladies are awesome and always willing to help.
The hotel room is spacious, lighting might be improved.
The bed and pillows are comfy.
I liked the hotel and will come back

Good hotel... The bed was comfy... I think it's a nice place for one night or two. There is nothing around for walking distance so if you are there you are there! 😜
The only thing is when I came at night the room was so dark and it took me time to find the switches to open the light. Great service also at breakfast nice people. On top I forgot my jacket so I called them and they kept me till I came back.

Our hockey team stayed here for a tournament. Todd, Michelle and the staff were all very friendly, helpful and accomodative. The hotel was clean, the service was great and the breakfast buffet and staff were excellent. Looking forward to returning one day.

Solid hotel for a missed connection in O'Hare. Clean rooms. Breakfast wasn't included (airline paid for the hotel so not sure if that's why) but is pretty good. A bit far from the airport and city.

The hotel physically, I’m giving a 3 star rating. However the staff, I will give a 5 star rating. Here is why…. Terry the front desk associate is super friendly from the start. I had problems checking in and was quickly resolved. Had problems mid stay and was quickly fixed. Ramon the bartender is also super friendly and accommodating when I place my food orders. They made my stay a lot better and not think about the physical facility issues I had. Quality staff right there! Thanks.

Attended a convention there in March 2022. They were short handed all week but the service was amazing. The staff ended up like family and we had a great time clowning around with them. The food was amazing and the rooms were fresh and comfy. We loved the convention space and the lobby has lots of room to gather. I hope we can visit here again.

I was there for IML beautiful hotel, the heat was off though and it was sort of cold that weekend. They could have turned the heat back on, people shouldn't have had to suffer because it was a little brisk outside during the evening time.

I had an amazing stay at this Crowns Plaza. Staff went over and above to make sure I had a great experience. Room was clean and comfortable and staff was friendly and courteous. If you needed something they would make sure your needs were met. Food was absolutely delicious. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff were amazing. We were the 1st convention held there since covid started. They worked mist diligently to ensure great service. Pam the event manager was always helpful. The dining staff, even short staffed worked tirelessly to ensure everyone was treated well. The Chef provided amazing food. The rooms were comfortable.

Stayed here for a weekend crafting event. The hotel is very nice. Very clean. Conference rooms are very nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was so good. It was nice to have an on-sight restaurant, and room service available. I did not partake but there is also a very nice full service bar. Nice, quiet location easy to get to. Wouldn't mind coming back in the summer to check out the outdoor pool/bar.

We just hosted our World Clown Association Conference at the Crowne Plaza Northbrook in March 2022. We were the 1st large convention they have hosted since COVID. Knowing that all service related businesses are hurting for staff, we could not tell it during our weeklong event. The same waiters served us from breakfast, through lunch and would return in the evenings for our dinners and banquets. They were fast, efficient and very friendly. The front desk staff was fun and accommodating. Our room was clean and comfortable. Housekeeping now now available "on demand" which seems to be a new norm, but works perfectly. They were very responsive if we needed anything freshened. The meeting rooms more than met our needs. Honestly, we held our convention at this same hotel in 2014. It was great then, but since has been beautifully remodeled! Now for my 2 favorites......1) The Chef, Andres! I believe we were his 1st event and he rolled out the red carpet. Our theme party was over-the-top served utilizing "food stations" and some "butler style" serving. Our banquet food was amazing! I enjoyed a caviar topped scallop over slaw, a first EVER for me having Caviar. 2) The interim hotel manager was amazing to work with. Having signed our contract 2 years ago and having our world change so much. Our attendance was not what we had contracted for, but they graciously worked with us to make this the very BEST outcome for both of us. This has been the best experience in my years of convention planning with any hotel. KUDOS to Pamala Anderson, interim GM. This hotel literally rolled out the red carpet for us. The hotel was just as eager to have us there.....as we were to be able to FINALLY gather again! The hotel shuttle will take you within a 3 mile radius of the hotel to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. I should also mention the hotel chef makes a fabulous "Chicago Style Deep Dish Pizza" (plan a 35 minute wait! KUDOS to Crowne Plaza Northbrook for EVERYTHING!!!! You all ROCK!

Amazing!!! Just had a Conference there and the staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND for all of us. (120+)
It's right after the Mask/Immuniz. rules were dropped and I'm sure they were short staffed, but you wouldn't have known it. Bravo. The management and staff worked hard for our conference, and in all honesty, we were a bunch of clowns! It was always clean, conference rooms always had drinking water in the back, we were in the halls and rooms and elevators and the staff always greeted us. This place has my 5 stars... PLUS

I personally had a great experience at this hotel. I was there on a business trip for 9 days and my room was always clean, everything worked properly and the customer service was great. The bar has kareoke night and they have decent drinks. The food in the restaurant was also good. They also have a shuttle that takes you and picks you up at nearby places. I would definitely stay again.

Crowne Plaza in Northbrook is by far the best, cleanest, beautiful hotel I've ever stayed at in a while. Excellent customer service, the best location, parking is great, there are also shuttles for people who need access to airport/ malls/ stops. SOAPS/LOTIONS/SHAMPOO (GOOD QUALITY, NOT THE USUAL CHEAP PRODUCT) SMELLS GREAT. SMELLS CLEAN, THIS HOTEL IS NOT DUSTY AT ALL. The amenities are awesome, great design and interior sofa's to chill with family/friends. lots of places to sit, walk around. If your in town, I would suggest this hotel.
