TherapySouth Auburn has been a lifesaver. After experiencing a severe back issue that left me with a right drop foot, my independence was on the line. I’m so grateful to have been referred to a place with incredible therapists who have been supportive, encouraging, and creative with my treatment. I’ve got an arsenal of tools to use and implement as I start to taper off because of my insurance. The only thing I will note is that the billing is super confusing - but this has more to do with insurance. I know the therapists go the extra mile in figuring out what will be covered and how to go about providing the best care possible under the constraints given by insurance/budgets. This speaks volumes for how dedicated and committed they are to every patient's success. I cannot recommend them more highly.

After weeks of trying to work through some fairly intense hip pain, I finally sought care with Abby. She was so patient, completely thorough, incredibly informative, and truly got to the root of my pain. When one area started feeling better and I would get pain in another area, she worked through each area while explaining how they all tied together. By the end of my treatments, I felt better than when my hip pain even began.

Excellent care and professional service. Doctor Ryan Nichols and Mary Beth were my primary care givers. I had a complex shoulder surgery and reattachment of my bicep. I could not have asked for a more caring and professional group to guide my rehabilitation and recovery. I would highly recommend Therapy South Auburn and this wonderful team of therapists. The entire staff at Therapy South Auburn was extremely helpful in developing a exercise program for me after my shoulder injury. My upper body strength has greatly improved and it was actually a pleasant experience. I left with a good idea of the exercises I need to perform to get back to doing everything I was able to do before my injury.

Everyone at Therapy South was extremely kind and helpful in my rehab from ankle surgery. They always were able to answer any questions I had and I grew to like going there more every time I went.

Therapy South is the best place in Auburn for Therapy solutions. I had a major shoulder surgery recently and Patrick Carroll treated me with incredible care. He made sure to gather the goals I had for therapy and set expectations from the beginning which helped along the way not to get discouraged when things either hurt or did not feel like I was getting any better. He was quick to identify any issues, form, and pain I had and also some things to help gain strength to make the process easier. I was better in no time and have had no issues since. I trust them with any type of issue and would highly recommend Patrick and any of the therapist there!

TherapySouth is a wonderful place for anyone who needs physical therapy. I was nervous to go my first time but I have to say everyone there is wonderful & makes you feel welcome from the minute you walk in the door. The Therapists are great & professional & knowledgeable. I cannot say enough good things about Therapy South! I have been their patient for about 8 months and my quality of life has improved drastically. They really take the time to educate you and explain things so you can continue your progress at home between appointments. I typically see Patrick and Ashley, but everyone there is so kind and helpful. I have struggled with autoimmune related issues and I am so thankful Patrick and Ashley have taken the extra time to understand and get to know me! They are always so positive and motivating even on the challenging days. I can’t thank them enough!!!

The therapists at TherapySouth helped me so much with back pain during my pregnancy! The women’s health specialist was patient, thorough, and knowledgeable. She gave me a personalized home exercise program and one-on-one care. The environment in the clinic is fun and lighthearted, and the whole staff is welcoming. I highly recommend!

I highly recommend Auburn’s Therapy South location. They have always gotten me in quickly when I called with a problem and their therapy methods actually work. Their methodology is so good that I never have to use all my insurance covered accounts, because I no longer need therapy after several visits.

I’ve been going to TherapySouth for my PT needs for over 6 years. Robert and Patrick have always diagnosed and treated my ailments with precision and great effectiveness. You cannot find a better office of people who truly enjoy what they do for a living and honestly care about their clients. They are masters of their craft.

Therapy South Auburn is amazing! Everyone there is helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. The atmosphere is positive and uplifting and the therapists genuinely care about your healing. I have been seeing Karas and can't say enough good things about her! Highly recommend!!!

My therapy with Abigal Nelson has been very beneficial. We are definitely making progress on better movement in my shoulder. I highly recommend TherapySouth if you need physical therapy for any reason.

Therapy South is a professional and caring company. They have taken can of me for over three years. I have had treatments for plantar fasciitis, a weak hip due to a torn labrum, and physical therapy after knee surgery. The staff has been attentive to my needs and encouraging to get me back to the active lifestyle I live.

Therapy South in Auburn has been my saving grace after my knee replacement in December. Can physical therapy be painful? Yes, BUT it is worth every tear I shed.....don’t be afraid!!! No pain, no gain!!! I truly believe that the therapists here are the reason I’m walking “normal” again. Robert, Dreher, Cody, Erick, and Patrick are the absolute BEST!!! And I can’t forget Claire who always greets you with a smiling face each and every time you come. Thank you Therapy South for everything you did and continue to do for me and my mobility!

Cody Klein was the best physical therapist I have ever had. He just so good and listens to what your issues are each and every visit. I have had many PT's over the years but never anyone as good as he has been.

I had my first experience at Therapy South today and I must say I was extremely impressed! I felt so welcomed as soon as I walked in the door from meeting Miss Kim at the front desk to working with my therapist Robert and all of the staff and students! I’ve been to therapy places before where I’ve felt like they just get you through the process and let you go. Robert made sure I understood every exercise and what it was doing to my body & explained what I should and shouldn’t be feeling (which is very important to me after the extensive surgery I had). I felt like all of the staff genuinely cared and I’m looking forward to continuing my care here. I will definitely recommend Therapy South to friends and family!

The staff is very patient oriented, professional and positive. Some PT groups put you in a room and show you exercises to do, but not Therapy South. The therapist stays right with you explaining your progress and goals. I recommend them to everyone.
