More Room Self Storage

I looked around the area for multiple storage facilities, needless to say this was the one I picked. They do not have an onsite office or anything of that nature at the moment. This helps cut on cost by not maintaining the office I presume. You are given a gate key and a storage unit key. The owner Lucas was more than willing to help me with making my decision. The website to make payments or add credit to your account is simple and easy to use. Information is clearly displayed without and hassle. You are able to set up recurring payments and view the status of your account. Would recommend this facility to any individual who wants a unit with no hidden fees. Great experience.

I needed to store a car outside for a month while I made space for it at home. I was very satisfied with the roomy shady spot I was assigned. Everything was great... they even mowed the area. The problem began when the month was up and the car was removed. I was billed for an additional month. I made contact several times and was assured the refund was coming. Now it has been another month (almost) and I have never received the first refund and today I learned that I am about to be billed for another month. My experience here was great... but I do not want to pay for the space forever. If I am billed one more time I will be forced to work with my credit card company and the police dept to get this stopped. I really don't like having all of this hassle over a storage space... renter be warned.
