A Center for Dental Implants

In late 2009 I signed an agreement with A Center for Dental Implants, ACDI, to have two dental implants installed. The process has been painful, confusing, aggravating, slow, and unprofessional. Here is a highlight of the issues I have endured with ACDI. I paid in full for your services two years ago, before any services were rendered, yet the office delayed my insurance reimbursement for 10 months. ACDI had installed a post which failed, requiring a bone graft and a six month delay in the process. They closed the Loop the location at which I signed on at which forced me to drive two hours round trip for service. ACDI incorrectly installed a crown with excessive cement oozing out from underneath the crown (a problem which was discovered by my dentist, NOT their staff). ACDI has regularly failed to give me an accurate time estimate on creation of dental crowns. They typically take over six weeks to get a crown while other dental offices are able to get a crown in third of that time. Twice ACDI incorrectly created castings/crowns of my mouth which has forced me to wait for the THIRD crown to be delivered for the same implant area.

Avoid this business at all costs! The product is mediocre at best while their service is terrible.
