The best bubble drink place in Illinois. The staff is so kind every time. Consistency every time I enter. The owners were very shocked and glad to hear me speak Korean with her. Her husband explained they have been opened for a little more then a year. I hope they maintain. Great place. Really.

I've had the matcha bubble tea that tasted really good. We were a group of 8 people and each one ordered a separate drink and everyone loved theirs. There are variety of options. What I found surprising is that they don't have Thai tea in the menu.

5 stars for:
-Food: I got oolong cream milk tea. Baseline sweetness is 50%-I got 25% and it was just right for me!
-Price: Reasonable for bubble tea, basic boba is included in the price
-Service: friendly staff :-)
- Ambiance: Modern and stylish, albeit a smaller cafe
-Overall experience: Positive, looking forward to my next visit!

The interior and vibe is amazing. Ladies who took my order were very nice and friendly . They even gave me to try their sample teas, so that I can decide if I want sweet one or not. Their earl grey milk tea is yummy , best if you try it without sugar.

I had a hot brown sugar latte and iced strawberry cream milk tea with boba. Both drinks were excellent and reasonably priced, under 10$ for regular size.

The only consistently good brown sugar bubble milk tea in the area. Highly recommend.

First time and im so impressed Staff are so kind and patient, really welcoming. Got multiple large drinks and affordable! Totally recommend you guys to try it out and will be coming back for more!

Cute interior and kind staff. I like the self-ordering and pay system as I find it to be more efficient. Tried their fruit teas on two occasions (peach and mango) and both were pretty good! A little on the sweet side as others have mentioned, but refreshing especially when it's warmer outside.

Love the Earl Grey tea, brown sugar milk tea with Boba and the expresso here. Prices are lower than alot of places and their quality is much better!

I ordered the Brown Sugar Milk Tea with cheese foam, boba/tapioca and mango poppings. It is similar to Feng Cha, but I this this is a little better just because the quality is same but lesser prize!

Drinks were made fast and delicious. Staff were also nice and friendly.

The bubble tea here is so gooooooooood. The brown sugar milk tea is amazing and the person who worked the cash register was so nice. She had a great smile!!! The prices are amazing here by the way, its so worth it. 10/10 recommend.

I also want to say that the workers here are doing an amazing job despite the constant rush. I can tell they really care about their customer service because everyone I interacted with was so nice. Keep it up Palgong crew! <3

This is one of my favorite milk tea spots. The interior is clean, modern & inviting. The menu has a great variety of different types of drinks. The staff is also very friendly! I definitely reccomend this spot. It's located in a popular plaza that offers other great Asian cuisines. Their milk tea cheese foam drinks are delicious!

Tried their cheese foam with the brown sugar Boba and it was delicious. Can't wait to try their coffee selection 😃 which also sound and look yummy. Prices are reasonable and the tapioca pearls were not overcooked and had just enough chew for a textural addition.

I camped out the night before for the grand opening and it was great! I got a years supply of free boba! The staff was super - ̗̀nice ̖́- and showed they cared for their customers by the way they carried themselves. I liked how the inside looked and the boba is at a reasonable price. I highly recommend!

Wife ordered a coconut smoothie and I had a strawberry smoothie. Wife said her smoothie wasn't as sweet as she wanted, and I agree. But my strawberry smoothie was great. Good balance in texture, sweetness, and overall flavor.

Best bubble tea I’ve had in a while and super affordable. I got the brown sugar milk tea with boba and cheese foam. SO GOOD. Indoor seating limited but available. Very nice and knowledgeable staff. Super clean. Can’t wait to go again!

Their boba tea was very exquisite and if i do say so myself is far superior to any other shop. the lemonade here is very good. and i feel is a hidden gem. not a lot of people realize just how good it is. Then of course the other milk teas they offer are really something everyone must try at least once. not only do they offer a wide selection of drinks that can suit everyone's needs whether or not they prefer a balanced drink or they have a sweet tooth. not only do they offer that but they also have very good customer service. in conclusion if you are ever in the local Glenview area, palgong tea is a required visit not only for their milk teas but for their delicious Boba.
