I came n looked at a enclave which was the best price on the Internet. Dealt with Tony what a complete gentleman. The truck was spotless. We under described it. I test drive n fell in love with the truck. Tony isn't your typical used car salesman he went above n behind what anyone what do for a stranger. I got a great deal n left feeling I was part of the family. I will NEVER go anywhere else. Thanks Tony you have a customer for life.

I bought a 2008 Lincoln Navigator in 2011. I am looking for a newer one now and googled them to look at their inventory. I dealt with Anthony. I'm back. Enough said.

I bought a car from Tony on May 11 2016 and he promised to send the license plate to my address and I followed up after sometime and from then I couldn't track him. Visited his place and found that he is out of business. He was good, but didn't expect to be cheated this way. The title wasn't registered to him nor to the dealership. Beginning to wonder if the whole thing was a Scam. Please let me know if anyone else is cheated in the same way and we can try to work something out together, at least share information..

Dealership was quite dishonest. Found a Jeep via online classifieds. 50 pictures on their website. The pictures looked very good. Contacted the dealership with interest and many specific questions. The gentleman was very courteous on the phone and never sounded mean. I live out of state so I wanted to verify the condition before making the drive. Dealer stated multiple times on different occasions that the vehicle was in great shape, and that Everything on the vehicle worked perfectly. Also asked multiple times about rust and was told multiple times that there was only very minor surface rust but only on one small spot on one door, and only on the axles and nowhere else. the pictures all showed a very clean jeep with two scratches, an immaculate interior, and only light rust on the one door. When we drove 11 hours to get there there was thick flaking rust on pretty much the whole underside. All four doors had substantial rust on their backside. The rocker panels were bubbling up in many places and were so rusted under the paint that they were soft. All of the pictures were taken in such a way as to hide all of the rust, with the exception of the one that showed the small rust spot. The front speakers didn't work, one window didn't work, Air conditioning only worked on high, the front axle needed rebuilt and sounded like it was going to break when you used the 4x4, Most components were heavily rusted under the hood, The front bumper, grille, and grille surrounds had clearly been taken off and replaced, the paint didn't match and the bumper was installed crooked, the back seat had a giant tear in it, and the muffler had its outer shell hanging down from rust. I understand that dealerships need to do things to make the sale. But lying about almost everything knowing that you are making a huge drive hoping that you will buy it anyway since you made the drive is unacceptable and a very shady business practice. I hope my experience was a fluke and this is not a normal business practice but I felt it necessary to alert future buyers of my specific experience.

Went to the location to look at a 2011 2500hd at 4 pm and asked to test drive the vehicle and the owner said he don't have the time it's really a bad day. They when I stated that I came all the way from Elmhurst he was like ok then I have to let you. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle they should be more friendly and the usual car dealer forces you to try to buy the car but not them. GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR BUSINESS.

Will not send me a title for a car I paid for.
Will not return phone calls or text messages.
In fact they are dead beat used car sales people.
