AT&T Store

Nathan and every employee working the day we stopped in were very helpful and knowledgeable on our wants and needs. They saved us money and made it a pleasant experience. I highly recommend them. Nathan made all the necessary calls or gave us the exact information we needed to transfer my parents plan from another local carrier (where she doesn't get the help she has needs) All the employees that interacted with them were quite helpful and took the needed time to explain all questions they or myself had. I highly recommend the Marion Il. AT&T.

Very pleased with Garrett. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had with AT&T. Give this man a raise! He was polite and helpful with all of the questions I had for him. He was running around but keeping everything under control.

On my first visit with Garret, he listened to me regarding my concerns with transferring my phone not only from Verizon but losing some of my valued data, pictures, video, etc. My husband passed away recently so keeping those memories is very important. Garret discussed the options available to me and made the decision and transfer easy. Later that evening, I returned to the store with a transferring issue and it was resolved quickly as well. Garret was very friendly and professional. I appreciate the patience and service he gave me. In todays world, customer service seems to be lacking however, Garret certainly doesn't fit in that category. Give that young man a big pat on the back and a pay raise/promotion!!

It was a flawless experience, I called and talked to a sales rep. When I got to the store the young lady approached me immediately and began to help me. She was friendly, helpful, and personable. I told her why I was there and she excused herself and went and got the product I was interested in and explained it thoroughly. I then was able to purchase and be on my way within 10 minutes of arriving. I am very pleased with the way things went and will continue to shop there.

Very friendly and helpful. Helped us when Sams club AT&T would not they had a bunch of no you can do this and that and the AT&T location in Marion was able to do everything they told us they could not as well as gave us the correct information. The guy working at the sams club was on his phone talking to someone else the whole time we were asking questions about service.

They are the nicest, most knowledgeable staff, so helpful.

I visited the store yesterday (July 31, 2021). My experience was exceptional, my wait time was less then 5 minutes. All my concerns were answered promptly and I was on my way with my upgraded information. The employee who waited on was Brandon, I would definitely want him on my team with his knowledge of technology.

Scott was very helpful and patient. I needed a sim card to activate my new service since I'm away from home and not able to get the one mailed to the house. We had some bumps in the road but Scott knew what to do to resolve them. 5 stars!

AT&T Sales Agent Jones, at the Marion, Il location, has earned my 5 star rating. He is both knowledgeable and competent in the iPhone information industry. Thanks for his help with our recent visit.

Went in on a Sunday morning, because I was unable to get my new Wi-Fi hotspot to connect to the internet. The Assistant Manager Amanda knew exactly how to fix my problem. She even double checked the connection with her phone. Problem was resolved quickly. She pointed out that the new hotspot has a port for an Ethernet cable that could connect to my television to stream television. So because of her advice and help I changed to DIRECTV Streaming, and saved money on my bill. Amanda was wonderful.

Went in to Marion AT&T yesterday, and were wonderful and super friendly. I would definitely recommend going to see them. They fixed my issue with my phone and was on my way within 5 minutes. Several employees were working along with the manager yesterday. GREAT STAFF!!

Very clean the works where very polite and very helpful and it's a lot better then the harrisburg il at&t store where thy don't want to help and where thy expect u to fix issues with your service or cellphone by yourself and the store Manger at the harrisburg il location doesn't do anything to help customers the right way at all. Don't ever goto the Harrisburg il att store. If u need the right help and want a good customer service goto marion il att store

Scott gave my fiancé and I great deals and the best service in town. He creates a great atmosphere and he’s super kind! 10/10

JOE is phenomenal! He spent over an hour on the phone helping me get a flip phone for my elderly uncle. He walked me through all of the webpages online and was so patient and knowledgeable. I HIGHLY recommend JOE when you go this store....he is an A+ employee and represents AT&T well!

I went after work with limited time before I had to pick my kids up from daycare. I was able to switch my service to AT&T and get a new phone set up in less than an hour. The staff is very kind and helpful. Big shout out to Danielle for getting me taken care of.

The store is awesome! Everyone is friendly, patient, knowledgeable and will welcome you like family. Also the guy who speaks speanish is an awesome person. He helps the Spanish community and he is the most energetic, happiest, and positive person. This is by far one of the best stores in the area.

I highly recommend the AT&T in Marion. I have dealt with both Beth and Matt in person as well as over the phone. They were both extremely professional and knowledgeable. They made the experience of purchasing a new phone fun. I will definitely go to them in the future!

I went in today to check out new deals and was helped by Tim the manager. He was the most professional and respectful guy I’ve ever encountered in sales. He made it so easy and I got a great deal. I recommend you stop in and see Tim. He is a great guy!!
