I started going to FTF in April of this year. I was looking for a personal trainer and a gym I could feel comfortable in. I knew I needed to start lifting weights but was so intimidated by it. Michael and all of the staff and members of the gym are so welcoming . Everyone is so supportive and always willing to help, a great gym family. I am thrilled with how my body is changing and could not have done it without the knowledge and support of a personal trainer. One of the best decisions I have ever made!

Great local gym! The people I’ve interacted with all seem like they are there to work hard and get better. The atmosphere is one that should make everyone comfortable to work out whether they are seasoned vets or new to weight lifting. Mike and his team do a great job!

Freeburg Total Fitness is an awesome gym! The atmosphere is excellent. The support staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I've been training with Mike for over 2 years and have seen amazing results. They've made some incredible upgrades since I've been working out here. It's not expensive at all, I highly recommend Freeburg Total Fitness!

I have been training with Mike at FTF since Oct 2022 and love the gym and the training that he is giving me. For someone that hasn’t been to the gym in quite some time, Mike has been nothing short of great! I am seeing results and that is encouraging me to continue my journey. Both the staff and other members are very friendly and helpful.

Been going to Freeburg Total Fitness for a couple of years now. Great place. Friendly staff and patrons. I am an older guy and I feel completely comfortable working out at FTF.

I have also been doing personal training with Mike (the owner) for a little over a year. Having great success and have come to count on Mike’s expertise. He customizes your fitness plan to you and helps you meet your goals.

Reasonable rate (for family especially) with great value.

Lexi’s (Mike’s wife) HIIT classes are next on my list.

I have never been a GYM guy, I wish I was and I for sure wish I did not wait until my 50's to become one. But for the past year I have really enjoyed my time at FTF and with my personal trainer Mike. My daughter and I do this together and beyond the health benefits, the time with my daughter is priceless.

From those that compete in powerlifting, to the first time gym goer that is looking to create a healthy life style, this is the gym for you. In addition to the great atmosphere, the gym is packed full of great equipment, open 24 hours, and some of the best prices around.

Great local gym with fair prices and friendly staff. Mike and Julie are both great trainers that are both accommodating and motivating. My husband and I do personal training with Mike a couple times a month and workout on our own using our 24 hr access. I've taken Julie's HIIT classes and love them. Equipment is well maintained and cardio room has plenty to offer all tastes. Atmosphere is relaxed and members are friendly. As a female, I've always felt comfortable and welcome. Fantastic place to focus on your health and fitness goals.

Whether in the gym or at home using the app, I can trust Michael to help me meet my fitness goals. He is an excellent coach and trainer. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.

FTF is a great gym with a helpful staff. The owner, Mike, is knowledgeable trainer with a lot of experience, I have personally seen him transform many clients and helped them reach various different goals. This gym is the most affordable and the only one that I know that does not have signup/maintenance fees and the best part, no contracts, you can pay month to month with no extra costs.

It's a small gym with everything you need for a good workout. The key card entry allows for 24 hour access. They have towels and disinfectant in spray bottle available for everyone along with hand sanitizer in numerous places. I love having a place to workout close to home and available whenever I can make it over.

Love the people that work here. Best workers I’ve ever met. Super respectful and kind. All equipment is very up to date. Lots of options within the building to improve yourself.

Small but accommodating. Fair price for a local guy no big business here. Does a fair job updating pads but could be a little better. Usually not super busy later in the evening when I go which is nice. Happy to have them near me.

Best place to workout! They have everything you need and great people to be around!
