I ordered a part from them through Amazon for a 2006 Honda Aero $750 im fixing up for my uncle. He's gonna be 60 this year. He gave up his motorcycle, and his 60 something rambler in 1990 when he married my aunt and started raising my cousins. He's been like a Dad to me too. I know the parts I ordered didn't cost much but they're the last parts I needed to finish his bike. His son was murdered 2 years ago on Thanksgiving. We rode together, we learned almost everything we knew from him and we always hoped his dad would ride with us some day. This year it's finally gonna happen. I thank you for the parts, I appreciate it. I look forward to buying anything we need in the future. Sometimes in life the little things are the most important. ✨ 👍🏽

I went out of my way to not just find the bike I wanted but to support a business that has NOT forgotten how to treat customers and build relationships, Niehaus Cycle did not disappoint! I'm a new rider and needed some basic understanding of some items, as well as some experience to help guide me through all of the various features and benefits, what is good to have and what isn't necessary, fit, and maintenance. From the initial contact to the follow ups-great. From the meet and greet to the ordering of accessories-great. The store presence and atmosphere is one of the coolest and nicest Motorcycle stores I've been in. They even acted super fast for me in order to get the last of 2 items in the US to get me going. I encourage you to try Niehaus and give them a chance to wow you.

Had the best experience purchasing a vehicle that I’ve ever had. To start, customer service was top notch. Cassie Johnson showed me around and even took my information down so she could hook me up with a manufacturer incentive that applied to me. The person who helped me pick out a helmet was very patient. I’m pretty claustrophobic, but wanted a full face helmet for my first sport bike and she let me try on so many and gave advice on what might suit me best. Lastly, Tony set me up real nice. My first time purchasing by myself and without anyone to come check it out with me I was worried it’d be complicated and stressful, but he gave advice, helped me get everything set up, and even helped me shop for insurance. I went in expecting to get an idea of what I wanted and to shop around but instead came out the next day with exactly what I wanted. After it was all said and done Cassie even shot me an email to tell me she saw me riding and told me how comfortable I look on my new bike. Then got a coupon in the mail with a thank you card. This is a dealership who cares about their customers!

Quality. Service. These guys take care of their customers. I'm slow to purchase and ask as many questions as I can. Tony, Bill, Bob, and Char all took care of me when I called or came in. Today, after starting with Tony, I finished the sale and brought home my dream bike.

The guys there in the service department are super knowledgeable and friendly. My bike needed a new set of tires. They were able to give me great pricing on all of the top brands, and were able to help me make an unbiased decision.

We brought in two Helmets we purchased through the mail from you we were not able to get our cardio head sets to fit the lady that helped us went out of her way to fix them for us. We appreciated everything she did for us she went way over what we felt she had to do. Thank you so much for getting them fixed for us

Walked in on a rainy day just was hanging out with my boys and there grandpa, was greeted by 3 different employees. I grabbed a drink for the boys from there free soda fountain and proceeded to browse the inventory. I approached a sales associate by the name of Tony Enrietta, and asked if they had any Honda Monkeys. He said 1 and it is still being put together. He was very knowledgeable about the product and within a hour I was out the door with my new toy. Tony even helped me load it in the truck in the rain. I was shopping around for a certain side by side and found 3 of them in the southern Illinois area. I called all 3 places, told them what exactly I wanted in accessories and extended warranty. I asked each place to give me their best price. Cody at Niehaus came back the lowest. I did have another dealer do a follow up call on his quote and said he could match Niehaus. Even though it would of been closer for me (I live in Tennessee) I said no. When I ask for your best price you should of gave it to me the first time when I asked. So I highly recommend Niehaus as they are a no B.S. dealer. It was an 11 hour round trip to pick it up, but I've never been happier with the honesty of my sales person and the great help with paperwork the Tony provided.

Out of State buyer here. The entire buying process was a pleasure, and I was treated with the same courtesy and respect as if I walked through the door. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Friendly people help fit me with an awesome helmet even though I'm a Harley Rider!! Even transferred my intercom system from the old helmet to the new for free and gave me a 10% discount because I know somebody who's one of their better customers! I highly recommend them, at least for their helmets!! 😎

Well Nia house has been around for a long time and they're very helpful there they have a nice separate building for used bikes they always have a good inventory if they can get the stuff they do seem to get more products than other dealerships staff is friendly and helpful they do have free soda if you like soda and I would recommend them I'm sure they have a good shop in the back too they seem to do everything right I don't really drive through Litchfield very much without stopping just to take a look

My only complaint about this place is that it isn't my local shop. My wife and I are in the market to replace our crashed BMW and wanted to try the new Goldwing and Yamaha Star Venture. This was one of the only places I could find that actually had both in stock and ready to ride. The only problem was that they did not have the '18 Wing that I was interested in anymore-sold a couple days prior. I talked with Mark a few times on the phone and he told me to come on down and I could ride them anyway. I'm pretty sure he knew he wasn't going to get a sale that day, but he could not have been more accommodating. He had us fill out the paper work for the demo and we were on the road 5 minutes later. Rode the Yamaha and Honda back to back. Mark was great to deal with. I only hope we can do a deal sometime in the future. I would 100% recommend him and this shop to anyone in the market for a new Honda or Yamaha.

Very helpful parts dept. Knowledgeable staff, very friendly. Lots of parts on hand. Service shop does a great job trying to get you in and out in a quick turnaround. Sales staff that are knowledgeable about the equipment they sell. Would highly recommend Niehaus Cycle.

If you are in the market for a motorcycle or a dirt bike, brand new or used, you will absolutely want to check this place out! One of the largest selections in the Midwest! I was very impressed with how many used bikes they had. Most shops, if they have any, will likely have less than five on hand and those will usually be tucked away in some dark corner in the back. This place has so many that they have an entirely separate showroom to house them all. And these are nice bikes... ranging from dirt bikes to luxury ones! They're competitively priced too!
They also have a large service and parts department should you ever need to have your bike worked on. You can also find a large selection of gear so that you and your bike look amazing!
Finally, friendly and knowledgeable sales staff are ready to answer any questions you have and to make sure that you leave satisfied! This is one shop worth the drive!

My family and I are missionaries, and We just moved back to the states in 2015, and our car broke down as were moving across the country.
We stopped in at Niehaus because my father had bought a bike there and told me about a salesman he would trust to know where to get our vehicle worked on.
Of course, the salesman knew right where to go, but that wasn’t the amazing part.
The amazing part was, as we were waiting to hear back from the mechanic we really didn’t have anywhere to go, and so we stuck around the motorcycle shop.
Mind you our son has special needs and is loud and disruptive to say the least. At that point in time we didn’t have a diagnosis, but we were used to being told he wasn’t welcome at certain businesses.
After a little bit the owner comes out to the showroom where we are half expecting them to tell us to leave or at least keep our son away from the bikes.. we could not have been more wrong!
The owner paid for our lunch, let us hang out all afternoon, got us a deal at the local hotel (as our car had to wait on parts), and actually paid half of our mechanics bill!
This review might be a little late, but seriously if you are in the market for a bike, atv, or utv you can’t go wrong with Niehaus

Absolutely incredible place! Got my 600rr done twice here and can honestly say best service you will find! I don’t work here nor was I encouraged to leave a review! They do great work no vibrations no alignment issues! Highly recommend
