Jack in the Box

Great food great staff asked me how my food was it’s sad because that use to be customary now it is rare but this place is top tier and clean.

Just wanted to say thank you to the crew working at 9:15 this evening. Fast, wonderful customer service. It was refreshing to go through a drive thru and see people working together, getting the job done and having a great attitude and customer service throughout-a rare occurrence these days. We even got sauces for our tacos and egg rolls without even needing to ask. Nice job, thank you and we will be back again!

I love Jack in the box there is t any where I'm staying in Kansas right now but great service great food. Although prices have been raised significantly so has the rest of the world.
I didn't go inside so can't comment on this jack in the back sorry. I used to live in Illinois years ago and started working at the Glen Carbon store, then I had a baby was gone on maternity leave and moved to granite city Illinois, 2wks after my beautiful baby was born I went back to work with Jack in the box but was able to get transferred to the granite city location. I loved working there it's always a joy to serve good food and excellent customer service. Thank you Jack in the box and ago your crews. Can't wait to go get me some 24hr breakfast, order of egg rolls, and a couple tacos.

This was a clean, friendly and tasty surprise for me! I definitely will be back when visiting Belleville again! The food was hot! Staff was friendly! The restaurant was very clean!

my mom had me pick up 100 Tacos and i called ahead. not only did they have them ready within the hour but also before the time given. they were very friendly an professional.shout out to the team an manager today

Out of town visit from Chicago had us craving something from my childhood I haven't had in years. It was call a SUPER TACO when we would drive to Kimball n Fullerton in the 70s for this late night treat. 🌮
My craving was satisfied and felt they tasted exactly the same. All the Jack in the Box restaurants have long closed in Chicago but I can assure when we are in the St. Louis area we will stop by. 🌮

Staff was friendly and food was hot. Restaurant was clean

Go every Thursday, staff has begun to reconize me. My order is partially started when I get there and the manager takes my list and puts it together. Offers me a coffee while I wait. The staff is very efficient.

Went late evening and guys there that night were flowing 😌 and hustling to get orders out they were packed and both gentlemen maintained calm and focused and got orders made and out as quickly as possible 😀 full of smiles and apologies for ✋ waiting, but they were amazing 👏 😀

This jack in the box has been notorious for only doing door dash deliveries and not drive thru so I was smart and set to pick it up through door dash. I get there and the order was never received. Of course. Anyways they made me the food and were out of ranch and oreos. I give 5 stars to them because the person at the window was the district manager. The fast food industry is hurting so badly that the district manager of the area is running the drive thru window. She was very nice despite my frustration and I got everything taken care of. These places can only do so much with so little people. It's impossible to expect customer service at any level when these places are pulled so thin.

The staff i had were so friendly. Food was good and hot. Gave me ranch and normally other fast food restaurants are awful about giving condiments out. Only down side was they were out of Dr. Pepper at the time when I last went through the drive thru. I definitely recommend this jack in the box. Never had a bad experience here.

Really clean place and the service was hella-great. They usually do drive-ins but I told him I didn't have a course so they let me inside and take my order. The food is great and they put you a lot of fries and their menus or worth the money. Plus it's nowhere expensive.

Ordered a home style chicken sandwich large fries and a vanilla shake the other night. One of the best chicken sandwiches that I have had at a fast food restaurant, and the shake was the bomb diggity!

8 stars to the restaurant on 161 and -3 for the one up the street. There was only one person working at the one down the street cause everyone quit. The 161 service was so great that it made up for having to drive from one Jack in the box to another. They even apologized for the other restaurant. Jack trained some good employees but now he has to keep them

Hot food. Good service. In and out quickly. I can't complain. Dining room was closed so drive through was the only option for Uber eats pick up. This was probably the most seamless experience I've yet to have at any JNTB.

Jack in the box tacos are my familys favorite, my 8 year old daughter begs for them at least once a week! The service was great, considering we just came out of cardinal glennon for an emergency trip. The cashier at the window was awesome! She could clearly see that we were worn out, but she moved quickly and effectively!
