The folk's at Duncan's Auto Repair once again performed flawlessly and in a punctual time frame.

This time they removed and replaced a drivers door stop hinge (which broke several months ago).

They pulled my car in and before I knew it, they were finished. The price was very fair and I was happily on my way. A great experience, especially at a car repair shop.

I was tired of getting overcharged and still had ptsd from my car getting screwed up at the typical oil change places (ahem, Valvoline on Carlyle, ahem... sorry, excuse me), so I figured I would try a local spot. Duncan's was great. They were able to make me an appt. within a week, it was quick, and it was cheap. On top of all that, they were all kind folks. I highly recommend.

We’ve taken both our vehicles to Duncan’s for routine maintenance, numerous tire patch jobs, and even a few check engine light check ups. Prior to taking a used truck I purchased to Duncan’s, I went to Firestone in which they wanted to charge me nearly $4K in maintenance. I scoffed at the price and went to Duncan to quote the jobs needed to be done and collect their quote. Nearly 80% of the “necessary work” needed to be done that was quoted by Firestone was found to be unnecessary by Duncan’s. The truck has been running great since. We will be keeping Duncan as our go-to repair place for our families vehicles and recommending them to anyone who needs repairs on their vehicle(s).

Bought a car from Duncan and loved it. From the time I walked in, until the time I walked out, the service was amazing. Car runs and drives so well. Outstanding service, family oriented and worth every penny. Had a water pump replaced on a Lincoln MKZ and was told by several other shops that they wouldn't do that repair and to call the Ford dealership, because of how extensive the job is. Was quoted almost 3k at the shop it was towed to and 2 weeks to complete. Called Duncan's and they quoted me half the 3k and it took them less than 3 days to complete. They were awesome!!! I can't say enough about them and would recommend them to everyone. Thank you for being so fair on your pricing and your fast work to get my vehicle back on the road. Thanks again!!!

For a simple oil change, it may take 10 minutes. Their prices are fare, and, honest repairs. I came I. For a oil change and had some concerns about my brakes and a rattle that occurs sometimes. Nope, very honest, all was good!!! I only had to pay for my oil change. They will not even tell you that you need a new filter if you do not!!! I highly recommend for all of you automotive needs that you visit Duncan’s!!!

We have used Duncan's Auto Repair for about 6 years after being referred by a friend. We have six children who drive, and I think they have worked on all of their vehicles, and our son in law. They have always been completely fair and honest, even in situations where they could very easily gouge us or do work that could be avoided, they have always told us, and given is options. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

My experiences with Duncan Auto over the years are overwhelmingly great! Occasionally there is a problem that only the dealer can pinpoint. I respect that, and move on as needed.
