Sun Copies

I called Sun Copies because I had an emergency that occurred which prevented me from being able to deliver the U-Haul back on time. The individual I spoke with over the phone was very understanding and worked with me. Sometimes businesses do not have that same type of passion and because of his passion and understanding, I was able to finish my move without being delayed further than I already was.

I needed 200 brochures made for my new business. I just gave him the info and he totally put it all together for me! The brochures turned out PERFECT.... and the price was VERY reasonable! Thank you SUN COPIES!

Needed a some “tickets” printed for an event, but I wouldn’t be arriving into STL until after they closed. Asked, and they were nice enough to drop them off at the hotel I was staying at down the street from their shop. Printing job quality met the necessity of the event.

We rented a Uhaul. When returning it, we noticed the prior customer did not fill the tank completely and we had to put 9 1/2 gallons of fuel in the Uhaul for 35 miles. After explaining this to the owner, he did not hesitate giving us a credit for part of the extra fuel. It's just a shame that people can't be honest enough to do what they are supposed to do and that the owner had to take a loss. I appreciate the owners willingness to help us out of this situation.
