State Farm in general, and Dave and his office staff specifically, have been really great over the past twenty some years. We have both home and auto coverage (and other products) and have had all good experiences whatever the mishap/claim they helped us with!. They are responsive, helpful, quick to respond and follow through, etc. Dave in particular has alway provided great review and advice of insurance, financial planning, and other needs—always keeping our best interest in line.

I have had Dave as an insurance agent since I was 16. I started using State Farm because my parents went with Dave. The office staff is always pleasant. They know me when I call and always have great service. They do what they can to save me money. I would recommend Dave Raetz to anyone living in the Metro area.

I have been with State Farm Insurance since I bought my first car which was almost 50 years ago which at that time was Gene Raetz whom my parents had since 1951. When his son, Dave, took over we (my husband and I) stayed with State Farm. We have NEVER had an issue of any kind with either his father or Dave and they ALWAYS took care of our insurance matters...professionally and expeditiously. I will say in the past we obtained quotes (just to check it out) from other insurance companies and State Farm has always been the best.

This is by far the best State Farm office I have worked with. State Farm as a whole is great but this office is what makes it great. The staff there is very friendly and takes the time to listen to your concerns. I work with Leslie and she is amazing, very knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend this office to everyone.

I really like the people at this location. They are great at working with you and keeping on top of things. When I had roof damage, I was given a check on the spot! When it came time to change my auto insurance from Missouri to Illinois, they were my first choice. Dave has been in Belleville forever, no fly-by-night company here.
