The first thing I appreciated was the insurance rates that saved me over $200 on home and auto insurance. Another thing I appreciated was being able to have a homeowner policy rate that saved me money, but also, I wasn't "penalized" for paying the premium on a monthly basis instead of a one-time annual payment to have the great rate. That was important to me as a retiree living on a fixed income. Lori was my contact and she handled everything very professionally, and when I went in to get the paperwork done, she had everything ready to go without any hitches. Everything went as explained and prices were as explained, and I am just looking forward to good relationship with my new insurance company.

From the first time I spoke with Pam at Yaekel & Associates, I knew she was going to go above and beyond to meet my deadline for getting my small business insurance in place. She made no false promises and told me she would do her best to take care of my needs in such a short period of time. I initially spoke with Pam on a Friday afternoon. She told me what information she needed from me to obtain the proper insurance coverage for my business. She even went into her office over the weekend to review the information I ended up sending to her. She then called me on Monday to go over my options and, in no time, my insurance was in place and she was emailing Certificates to my customers as needed by Wednesday. Pam was extremely professional and displayed a wonderful sense of caring relative to my predicament of needing to act quickly. She gave me exactly what I needed and was even able to save me money over what my previous insurance services company was able to do. I was put in a very bad situation by my last company. They doubled my policy rates and lowered my policy coverage and I had A limited amount of time to get everything situated and set up with a new company or End up stuck in a situation I couldn't afford.
